I got my chain with protection at the West Covina location. My chain got damaged and need it repair, but I couldn't find my receipt. Elizabeth, jewelry supervisor, was amazing, she was able to help me out. I will recomend to visit this location.

The store is very clean and the employees are professional. Though, there's always a shortage of staff, the lines are very long, just to pay for one thing and that's my main complaint Other than that it's a good store prices are very reasonable and they have a good variety of merchandise.
