I enjoy this JCPenny. Especially the big and tall section. Customer service is always on point and they actually offer early access into the mall. Not like lazy a55 Macy's. Yall got a problem and rate this JC anything under four stars, post up!

Nice and clean store friendly staff..lines get extremely long during sales for check out other than that they have many options for things to buy!

My lady and I went shopping for Hawaii trip. The lady at the register was a good sales rep and displayed good customer service skills. We saved a lot with her recommendations. I appreciate that.
