7-Eleven has an advertisement for $5 for two slices of pizza and a Pepsi.. this is a meal that I partake upon once to twice a day because of the fact that I'm on the road all the time I definitely enjoyed my pizza and my soda...
At this specific location the one and only worker that was behind the register refused to make another pizza so that I can get part of the deal that they advertise from what I understand and I could be wrong when you advertise something like that and you have pizzas to make you should have it on and ready and if there's none ready and a client or customer is willing to wait for it to be made not even refusing the old piece but saying I'll take one old piece with the new piece the worker refused and said that he cannot make one I've never had this problem before they run out of pizza all the time and all of the locations and this lazy worker decided he didn't want to earn money for the company he probably shouldn't have his paycheck either I'm a safety manager and a supervisor at my roofing company and if one of my guys refuse to customer what was advertised put on paper that we're going to have for them ready when they're in here to order and eat he is disgracing the company and misrepresenting he definitely deserves to be fired to understand how important it is he doesn't get paid by 7-Eleven owners pocket he gets paid by the customers who come in here and buy the products somebody needs to put these guys through classes they are horrible at customer service in this location I don't know the guy's name he didn't even have a badge all you had was attitude here's that the advertisement
If I ever see him when I come in here again as I've been here frequently at this location I will leave and I'm telling all of my co-workers to avoid this store specifically

What a great staff!!I see such compassion from the Owner Kumar and his brother Bobby. Their work ethic is mind blowing. Their caring and giving to the community, especially to the immediate local residents is not seen a lot these days in this world. What a relief to know that people Iike Kumar and Bobby still exist.

The dude wanted to charge me 70 dollars for a product that costs at most 30. I know there's a convenience fee, but really? I had another item that was reasonably priced. He asked if I wanted it. No way will I do business with anyone who is willing to rip people off! Not even if it's a dollar.

The only reason I give my business with this location. Is because it's pizza. Other than that , the employees have no customer service ethics. They are rude and always give attitude.

We love the staff and thoughtful service here!I have seen Patrons deliberately attempt to swindle/confuse the staff for more change or distract/intimidate them with teams to steal. My husband and myself have stuck around ourselves to make sure the staff and store is safe and have spoken up when this happens obviously. There is a lot of crime and poverty in the neighborhood mixed amongst generational home owners and really upstanding folks who take pride in the neighborhood and we look out for each other.We are always greeted warmly and upon speaking with the owner and sharing that My husband and I recently moved to the neighborhood and we go to this location nearly everyday for last minute essentials, he asked me what items he could order to make this a true convenience store. Ever since he has ensured our regularly purchased items are in stock. Bobby is such a friendly and hard working clerk. We have gotten to know him and he always anticipates our needs. He is very kind, so friendly, funny, and very patient with some of the rougher patrons in the neighborhood. Very alert and cautious for all patrons and protection of the store. He treats every patron with equal respect. Everyone on Chester Ln keeps up with the goings on of the staff and news about our favorite "bodega".This location is a neighborhood staple. Not only is the selection accommodating to the patrons of the neighborhood, the staff is absolutely the highlight. How anyone could speak negatively is BEYOND me. Not their fault if you don’t know the rules for purchasing money orders, your baby cries, you are pms’g and got your little feelings hurt for not getting the chocolate you wanted. Clerks are human and the complaints in the reviews would likely evoke an irritable demeanor from anyone of sound and mind. It’s a 7-11, not Neiman Marcus. I don’t blame them for not giving their best side when you make their job difficult because you feel entitled to breaking the rules or being coddled.This staff is amazing-I cannot stress this enough. BE NICE AND RESPECTFUL AND YOU WILL GET THE BEST SERVICE IN TOWN! The store is always clean, orderly, and well-stocked. Even the parking lot and trash cans are clean! A rarity at most convenience stores. This store has a variety of demographic patrons, and sometimes they are at risk for petty theft-but that is not any fault of theirs. They do an amazing job to run a safe and welcoming neighborhood store that is highly valued and cherished by the regulars.
