This place is not 24 hours. I live in the complex behind them. They lock their doors for several hours every night. Try to stop by after 12:00 am might as well just go to another location because chances are this one is closed.

Seriously I have NEVER had such bad customer service in my life. I live around the corner so it's convenient to come here. After tonight I'm done spending my money here. The clerks (especially younger guy who drives burgundy Toyota Corolla are so rude and treat customers so poorly. I Would assume the owner is aware of this as people complain all the time. The 7/11 on Akers is also rude. I I go into 7-Eleven tonight and order a pizza and I'm told no we do not make them until seven in the morning. Reallyit's advertised it takes three minutes to make you just set it on a pan and set it in the microwave so what's the problem. Why would you turn down a sale?? So I end up having to drive all the way to Rosedale Highway where I am told yes you can have a pizza but when he goes to charge me I type in my phone number and the pizza supposed to be five dollars and he charges me seven dollars and something cents I asked him why it did not go down to five and he said no I don't do that even though the sign says five dollars and you advertise it at that price. So Even tho I got my pizza I got over charged and pizza was not cooked all the way and I had to go home and put it in the oven. Seriously guys don't support this business drive a block down the street to Mobil where they make you feel welcomed and are pleasant. Every time I go to 7/11 they make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them . OWNER YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THIS BECAUSE ITS A BIG PROBLEM

Rip off. I go to 7-11 way more than I should, and know them inside and out. This one charges 1.29 for what should be a .99 refill at any other 7-11. If they rip you off on the small thing, just think what they do on the big things . . .

This 7/11 is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I live nearby and cannot go in there without being accosted by homeless drug addicts. Our community is going through a crime wave because 7/11 allows homeless people to beg at their store and use the bathrooms. Due to this fact the most dangerous people in our city congregate there and deal meth and DO meth right on the side of the store and behind their store. There have been stabbings, robberies, assaults, prostitution, and three fires and God knows what else behind that store. We set up a neighborhood watch program to try and squelch the utter chaos and mayhem but the cops REFUSE to even ticket them when they witness them breaking laws and violating city ordinance codes such as loitering in a known area of drug use, littering, aggressive panhandling, public intoxication and much much more. The criminals travel through 7/11's gate to escape contact with the police and hide themselves when they do their dirty work and 7/11 just REFUSES to help us. I can go on and on about what an utter nightmare this 7/11 is for our community. They can stop the traffic of people coming from 7/11 to our apartments by 90% over night if they just close and locked the gate but the simply DO NOT CARE enough to do so. If you go to this 7/11 you are risking YOUR LIFE!!!!!
