Made a purchase through the app. Where it clearly states. To show the receipt on the app to the clerk and you can leave with your purchase. The incompetent clerk is a 35 year old adult. Doesn’t know how apps work and wouldn’t let me leave with the purchase. I asked politely for them to call their boss. They refused. I had to call the help line to even get a refund because she also told me. She would not be giving me one.
Will not be returning. Plenty of options close by that hire people with common sense.

They never have the 1/8lbs big bites, and they put the 1/4lbs one's right above the sign for the 1/8lbs big bites. They charge an extra $1.50 for nacho cheese/chili topping with no sign. If I had known, I would've just gotten the nachos instead. They need to put a sign up. And they need to put the 1/4lbs big bites where the sign shows it so it isn't misleading customers. Otherwise I would need to bring a pocket scale

I work EMS in Bakersfield, night shift. My partner and I in uniform while on shift stopped at 711 to use the restroom and was told no by an employee. Do better 711!

I went at 12:51 candy beer noodles decline I try another payment. Decline so I check my account full so I go to atm, it gave me a receipt but it never printed the money so the machine stole $40 so I took everything called police than went and took it back stating I'd call the atm number. I go back with cash to buy beer he said right as I ringing up oh it just turned 2am so I put the money on the counter and walked out. I guess cash only lol. But it's 2023 why still using archaic money lmao. Few hours I call atm company get my money put back.

What a great store! It has been working at 4am! My little one was so happy to get a few tasty donuts and fresh sandwiches! They even had pickles!!! Amazingly professional cashier! Highly recommend!

Walked into this 7-11 at 8:40pm to order a pizza. The clerk at the register was sitting down and told me the machine to make pizza is down for the night. Beyond lazy.

I have gone to this 7-Eleven on three separate occasions. I have tried to enter the store at random times and on random days. This is the worst 7-Eleven I have ever encountered. Every time I show up to this store the doors are locked, it's the middle of the day. Not a joke, three separate times three separate days.
