Extremely satisfied in my last few purchases. Started off with washer and dryer combo and a refrigerator. Delivery was very prompt. Kudos to the delivery guys, my apartment is upstairs and they managed to bring the fridge up without a scratch. Second purchase was a TV, they didn't even hesitate to let me take it home because I had very good standing with my last account. Most recently returned to purchase a tv stand/electronic fireplace as a gift for my wife. Once again approved because of good account standing. Was able to take it home and set it up same day. If you don't understand this type of business you will have a bad time. You gotta remember they aren't financing money. It's a rent to own. They will do whatever it takes to make sure they don't lose out on their profits. They do provide assistance incase of unemployment or emergencies and you cant make a payment l. They also have 3 month same as cash. I read most of the reviews left on here and was very surprised but at the same time I dont blame Aarons because energy will be reciprocated. Working in the customer service industry Bakersfield does not have the kindest customers. Thank you Aarons for taking care of my family needs. I will definitely be back!

Placed order about 2 weeks ago they got my order a week ago and they have taken over a week to verify and schedule delivery. (Still not verified and when I asked why they said I don’t know) No one has been in contact with me about my order even though the site says get it in 3-5days. First girl I spoke to sounded miserable and like she hated her job and was rude and unprofessional. I cancelled my order and they didn’t even care they agreed that I should. This company is a joke.

Drove nearly 2 hours to set something up for an apartment and nothing came out of it. Was told “give me about 2 hours to and I’ll call you back” and it’s been about 48 hours now. Manager also never got back to me or picked up the phone when I called. 1 star for the terrible customer service experienced alone.

They changed management and instead of providing good customer service to members that been with them for years they treat me with disrespect like if they were better than me like if I had no value as a customer i would not recommend them there are other places that could provide better service

Very poor customer service and management. I just received the appliance I ordered today and I am already unsatisfied with the service. The store manger "Abraham" is extremely rude and needs training in customer service. I will be cancelling my contract and doing business elsewhere.

Disaster struck two days before Thanksgiving! Our refrigerator stopped working, leaving us with lots of spoiled food to throw out. We called several different places to rent a refrigerator the day before Thanksgiving and got nowhere. Then we called Aarons on Ming Avenue and Shilita and Abraham were able to deliver a refrigerator to us right before closing on the day before Thanksgiving, We were so relieved. I highly recommend this store. They have great customer service!!

The manager says that are delivery would be here from 3-7p.m and said she'd call back but never did the store is now closed and the manager is rude.

They keep harassing my wife for 50 dollars due, non stop calling even after items paid for they harasse upon harassing for interest payment even at your front door, not worth the headache. Prices are overrated and overpriced. We are now over $2000 in on a stove and fridge and they act like you never paid anything the appliances are owned by now your harassing over interest payments. I wouldn't recommend these gouging money hungry workers.

unfortunately the customer service was absent the day we visited. We had placed an order online, then followed instructions given by Aaron's employee to go to store to pay for the order. I was told by store employee that they did not have the item and I could order but I most likely would not receive item(mattress) because of short supply. When asked what was available we were led by an annoyed and ill mannered employee. We love our new mattress we bought from US Mattress

I would not even give them a fourth of a star. Forget the lies and rude customer service, we get sent broken furniture? Then we are told that it will arrive on a certain day, and have to call a week after that day passes so that we can get it delivered then because all of a sudden it will arrive that day..... they sure are quick to call and collect when a payment is a day late... not even 24 hours fresh of being over due...they are calling like Mr schrooge lent you money or something. Yet when they are told I have 7 pieces out of 8 ....they say we will get that out to you... in another month or so...

Honestly worst service I've ever had. They constantly harass me and blow up my phone. How late was I on the payment? 1-3 days max. They talked and acted like I was MONTHS behind. Unless you want to grossly over pay for things in the long haul and get harassed when you're a day behind. I suggest going somewhere else. Not worth it. When I'm done with my contract I'm done! NEVER GOING AGAIN!. They will harass you at your home as well. Just a warning. Seriously NOT WORTH IT!

The store on ming dont deserve any stars because of there managers attitude was so ugly she didn't even return my call and because of a mistake on auto fill she denied my application even though i had prove of residency. Eric and Eon were awsome trying to get me what i wanted but sad to say mng wasnt really nice. I dont now what customer service really means to her

Had a washer delivered, Guillermo was extremely courteous and helpful in explaining how the machine works. I don't think he had to do that but he did. The management at the store and its employees go above and beyond to take care of each and every customer...that is a rarity nowadays.
