“We found out that we had an exhaust manifold leak on our Nexus Ghost. We are traveling from Missouri to Lemon Cove California to tour the sequoias and Kings Canyon.
We stopped at a Loves Speedco and they highly recommended that we contact Gibbs International. We drove into Bakersfield and stopped in to see what they could do for us. They understood the disappointment that we were feeling that we had a problem with our Ghost. They immediately went thru and saw the issue. They very calmly and professionally explained our options and the risks. We felt very comfortable that we were going to get the very best service we could. Chad our service writer was very patient as he walked us through the issue.
Our Ghost needed parts that they needed to have shipped in. I know it wasn’t everyone that worked there that was going to be involved but it sure seemed like it. We felt like they truly felt bad for us and were going to jump thru hoops to get us back on the road safely and confidently.
We trusted that the team at Gibbs in Bakersfield was going to do us a great job. We drove out Jeep to Visalia and spent two days driving thru the sequoia. Thanks to Chad and the team at Gibbs we are back on the road and on schedule for the rest of our trip.

“Have to say that Oren and the staff here in the rental department are beyond amazing!! The times I have had to have a rental (which haven’t been enjoyable being without my car) Oren has been beyond accommodating and made sure I was saved a vehicle to get as close to the size of my Yukon as possible!! I am thankful for them and have never had an issue or complaint about the rental department!”

We called the store that gave it to us and we told them we called road assistance for an hour and we had kids in the car, they didn't care. “Everyone there was always extremely helpful and always looked after me and my needs. One of the times I rented a truck from them they noticed one of the tires was low and had maintenance check it. When maintenance looked at it they found it was because the tire has a nail and needed to be fixed. So they fixed it. I got delayed leaving that day but I saved having to call a tow truck on the road for a flat tire tow. I'm extremely satisfied with them. They're all wonderful!!!”
“I had a great experience at the site on Jewett. The elderly gentleman was informative and nice. He checked the truck inside and out before I left. And when I returned it everything was clean and in order. Gassed up ready for the next renter. In fact im going to rent another truck this weekend and I hope the same gentleman is there. “Have some hitch scales to sale so people can see what the tongue weights are on their trucks for some safe towing and piece of mind I couldn’t find any in town all had to be ordered”
