I shop for instacart and do over 40 orders a month at this store. About a month ago I had a bad experience and was treated horribly by the managers. I wrote a review on Google and got a reply apologizing and telling me to reach out to discuss further if I needed to. I decided to let the incident drop because I wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble and it wasn't likely to occur again. Two weeks went by and I shopped 19 orders and then one evening I was shopping with my 2 year old and got approached by the same manager that treated me so horribly and was told I'm no longer allowed to shop there! I did not raise my voice or call anyone a name or do anything wrong when I was upset at the store! I certainly did nothing to be banned! It's retaliation for the review! I'm a single mom and now I'm not allowed to go into the store I shop at every day to earn money! This is the most unprofessional store. The managers never smile or interact in a friendly manner with the customers. They had started putting back a basket full of groceries I shopped for an order after I told two people I needed a separate basket to complete my order. They said ok. When I found out my basket was gone, I was upset because they were not trying to fix the problem. They were telling me that my cold food was out too long and judging the way I shopped. One manager gets in front of me and shows me ice cream sandwiches that were soft and asks if i wanted to buy them. I told her those were not mine and she yells that they were in my basket! I told her to watch the camera because i didn't go down the ice cream aisle until the second basket. Im not stupid and didn't have ice cream in that cart. I shouldn't have had to be defending my shopping cart! I was paying for everything so i don't understand why they were trying to justify putting my items back instead of trying to correct the situation!?Those groceries can be out for 2 hours before there is any food safety issue not the 25 minutes it took me to complete my order! The ladies were rude and blaming me when all that was needed was for my groceries to be returned. I spent an hour and a half shopping and then they had no idea what they had put back! Which meant my customers would be missing items and blame me. I told 2 separate employees I needed a second basket and both said I was fine leaving my cart where I did. All I wanted to do was complete my order and they were hostile and telling me I did something wrong! It was unbelievable. After I paid, nobody helped me take both baskets to my car. And they sat there speaking loudly so I could hear them putting me down. Again I wrote about it on Google and then just decided to let it go. So then for me to be banned 2 weeks later is unbelievable. These people do not care about customer service. I was told I can no longer shop there because I was rude to the employees. I never spoke with an employee. I interacted with the two managers. I did ask the girl that put the stuff back what she put back and she said she didn't remember. I said nothing in response. To sum things up...I had a terrible experience, was treated horribly, wrote a review about my experience to which the owner responded saying they cared and didn't want me to be upset, and then 2 weeks later they ban me from shopping there. Just wow.

I needed a second basket to finish my grocery shopping and told two workers and left my cart next to them. They both said ok. 30 minutes later after I finish my order I go to get my 1st cart and it's gone. They started putting back the items in my cart. They told me I should have left the cart in the lobby and blaming me instead of apologizing and trying to help me recover the items they put back. They started telling me that my cold food was going bad and criticizing the way I had shopped. My groceries weren't going bad in 30 minutes! And how I choose to shop is my business. I have never been treated so rudely when all I wanted was the items I had already picked out. Then one lady shows me bad ice cream sandwiches saying they were in my cart. Look at your camera. I did not go down the ice cream aisle until my second basket so I don't know if she was trying to make me look stupid or what but those were not in my cart by me. I did not have ice cream in my cart. The food i did have all can safely be out for 2 hours. All they had to do was try to help me get my stuff back. Not attack me and tell me that informing two employees wasn't sufficient. And i certainly don't need someone telling me how to shop. I'm paying for the groceries so how I choose to buy them is up to me. Again my frozen corn wasn't in need of putting away! Seriously! The two ladies had attitudes from the beginning and were not trying to help correct the situation.I read the response and decided to let things be so imagine my surprise today when I was shopping with my 2 year old and got approached and told I was no longer allowed to shop in your store. I was treated horribly and now I'm banned because they said I treated their employee badly!? Just wow. I never raised my voice or said one bad word. I was upset that my groceries were put back and nobody seemed to want to do anything other than blame me. I have never had a problem with anyone any other time and cannot believe what just happened.

Not my favorite place to shop anymore as everything is overpriced compared to other grocery stores. The fruit can be a picky selection on if it’s moldy or not. I have to check the date on the bread anytime I go here because I’ve purchased 2 week old bread. Sometimes it can be hard to get service/the attention of some of the workers in the deli department. They either ignore you or can be very rude when “helping” get the meat and cheese. The aisles are a little too messy for me personally I’ve noticed the neighborhood Walmarts look much nicer you can see the products on the shelf and they are easy to reach. The workers aren’t always the nicest and so I avoid talking to them. Honestly I avoid this albertsosn whenever I’m out

In a store that has a Bank inside of it you can't do cash back because you supposedly didn't get your money.......

I bought organic grapes and was in a serious time crunch so did not check them. Paid $11.00 for rotten, and molding produce that I did not have time to return before I needed to use them. Needless to say I was very disappointed and had to pick through them for the good ones. Do not buy produce here unless you thoroughly inspect it.

Always love Albertsons clean store well stocked even in a busy busy day they open all the check stands and things move well

Very patient and helpful staff. I forgot my wallet and held up the line and when I got back everyone was so still so friendly and wouldn't let me apologize. Was great full

This store is always well stocked and clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful and eager to go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. On the rare occasion that a sale item is out of stock, a raincheck is available at the customer service counter.

First time going to Albertsons to get my balloons filled up with helium and the manager that works with the flowers was so RUDE!! I was standing right in front of her and she didn't say hi or ask if I needed help at all until I went up to her. She did not look like she liked her job at all. I spoke to an employee who knows her and they mentioned this lady is not liked by many other employees either... (I could see why) Super rude lady! she should get FIRED!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I went shopping knowing it was busy when i was heading to the check stand to check out the cashier Yvette was friendly person great attitude and had great customer service she bagged my items right
