Teller number 2366 was great! Every time I come, I am here forever but this time it was so fast and she helped me in record time. Even though the experience was short she made me feel like a valued member and she was extremely nice.

I started to bank here recently because I had issues with my previous bank. Once I started to bank here the staff showed me how the bank will beat any competitors prices and will help guide you to get the best for your funds. They have great interest rates, apr’s, and incentives. I recently had obtained a small loan from them for 1k and they only gained 20 dollars out of it. However, besides the awesome rates and timely productivity , the staff are amazing and friendly.

Now this is the weirdest credit union or bank I've ever been into The place was completely empty on Ming avenue All I went in there is to do is pay a car loan The only reason why I had to go in there because they wouldn't let me pay it the new car loan through my bank for another two payments which I think is kind of weird but okay but the problem is it's just like going to a drive-thru teller okay so you put your stuff in the little compartment it float somewhere somebody talks to you and say hey what do you want to pay and all that I'm like okay then it takes 10 to 15 minutes for her to do the transaction when the bank is completely empty with two employees in it I'm like really what kind of 1980 stuff is going on here put it this way alta one credit union is the worst I don't even know why this one on Ming avenue still open it's a waste of people time even to go to that one why have it open definitely got to give them zero stars cuz that's crazy but I can't whatever you do don't get a car finance or refinance through them soon as I make this third payment I'll find somebody else And this is the only place that I know that I got a car financed they make you wait three payments before you can use your external bank And then had the nerve to charge me five bucks for that transaction from waiting 10 minutes

I have been banking with Alta One for the last 12 years (my Wife, even longer). It has never been the most modernized or most accessible bank, but I hate big banks, so am usually for the mom and pops. That is why we have stayed for so long, in an effort to support the little guy. But let me say this. Alta One has turned into a complete joke. The people are snotty, useless, arrogant and not helpful in the least. ESPECIALLY their Bank Managers. There is a snot nosed, little worm that works at the Stockdale branch that needs to be manhandled a bit for his smart mouth. I will spare you the MANY bad experiences and quickly tell you the most recent, and the last bad experience we've had with this pisspoor bank. 3 days ago my wife placed an order at Walmart. An error occurred and our account was charged 7 times instead of once, putting us -$650 in our checking account. We called the new after hours (from the sound of the reps, they are in a call center over seas, now instead of Ridgecrest) and reported the problem. I went down to the Bank personally, the next day and later find out I was lied to twice by 2 representatives. And upon asking about my money... I was told basically the transactions fell off but they couldn't get my money back. My wife, being LIVID called Walmart and made a manager call Alta One to personally let them know it was OK to release our lonely back to is. She got told by a snotty representative that it would take as long as it would take. She didn't care. So now it looks like we have to go ahead 5 days with NO MONEY. And Alta One could care less. So folks. Please think twice about getting involved with these SCHEISTERS. They only care about your money and when they screw up...they could careless if you starve. They're gonna take their sweet a** time. DON'T DO IT!

This place has always done what I asked so I've got no complaints. I did have an issue once but I realize in hindsight that I was just as much at fault for the issue as the teller was. I deposited a handful of money towards what was owed on my credit card and also asked to withdraw money from savings. After I signed the sheet verifying the transactions took place, I drove off. Not a moment later, I realized that I had never received my cash. Went back and the teller let me know she was in the process of calling me due to the mistake on both our parts. Banks are about as perfect as I am (I'm not) but this bank does what it can to take care of me so I've got no complaints and I trust them with holding onto my money.

Saturday morning they may be slow with service but the employee are very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and want to go back to this bank

Just about the worst choice for banking one could make. I was a customer for over 10 years, and paid off several loans. I couldn't believe after all this business the credit union turned me over to collections for $62. Some mistake happened with my checking account and the credit union never communicated with me via mail about owing some fees. They say they tried to call me. Sure. So my great credit now had a collection. I was irate and called to talk to a manager. Completely unsympathetic. She could care less. Not going to help me at all after all the years of business. STAY AWAY from this place!!!

Worst Bank to work with Nissan the worst dealership didn’t tell us who we were going to be banked with when we got a car from them and these people called over the phone saying we were banked with them over charged because we just had a car loan with them couldn’t give much info because we needed to open a bank account with them at the end we didn’t have to and then luckily I traded in for a jeep these people were still charging me monthly for the old car and plus making it a big deal because I wanted my money back saying we have to go cancel the account with them because we have a bank account opened with them yet we never did and proof because they were charging me $20 Extra for sending statements that I only got a couple of times mailed to me.

they put a Hold on My Federal tax return for 3 days. I have been with them for 3 yrs . I called and they have no explanation. Nothing but problems. the mobile app is old and out of date. stay away

Horrible and worst bank EVER!!! The customer service is horrible and extremely slow. This by far the worst, very disappointed. I am looking to switch ASAP.

I have been with this institution since 1992 when it was called NWC Federal Credit Union. That's nearly 30 years! I became a customer (share holder) before most of their staff were born. I opened both my children's accounts here. In the last several years it has become one of the most customer unfriendly businesses I have had the misfortune to patronize. It's not necessary to go into detail of the troubles and stress this house of clowns has caused. I would simply advise anyone considering doing business with this fortress of ineptitude that you would be better off sticking your funds under your mattress or going to some street thug loan shark if you need to barrow money. In short, this place sucks!
