The worst am pm to go to. The gas pumps never work. The owner is extremely rude. If you go to pump gas make sure you are getting gas because their pumps are not correct.

I go here all the time and today, I purchased a bag of donuts on a whim when I stopped in. An hour later I opened the bag and discovered mold was on the donuts, so I went back to the store to swap it out.
When I arrived, they told me there's nothing they can do, I can't swap or get a refund because I took the food out of the store... Which to me is absolutely insane because who opens food inside of a gas station anyways? Terrible policy, give me my money back.
Post response edit : calling the service number leads to a rabbit hole of pressing buttons, only to be given an email account to reach out to, which was only said once. If they could just provide the email, that would be much more helpful.

This place is suuuuuper odd. I don't think I'll be stopping here again. Since when are people suppose to pay for fountain drink prior to serving? To top it of they're saying they don't accept the discount to get drink at .89 and want to charge $2 something...

I tried to pay for a dirty horchata,flan, peanuts,and cashews. When I got to the register he noticed I had an EBT card told me I had to pay separate for the dirty horchata, I said that's fine just take off the cashews and peanuts and I'll pay for the flan with ebt and money for the dirty horchata. (The money was in the car with my dad so I knew I'd have to take off a few bucks to ask for the money for the dirty horchata.) he told me no I could not buy the flan woth ebt until i first paid for the dirry horchata...wtf I tried to tell him I had the money in the car i would pay for it but he said no...men and their control issues

The auto-shutoff feature on one of their pumps failed. I was charged $15 over the normal cost of a full tank and the clerk was no help.
Edited to add: I left a message at the 1-800 number in April when this happened and never received a response. I just gave it another try, will update my review if/when I hear back.

I stopped at the store located at 2301 F Street, Bakersfield CA this afternoon around 2pm to use my app and get the reward for my free medium foundation drink. The clerk was rude, incompetent, arrogant, and unwilling to listen to customer feedback.
He did not properly ring up the item for me to use the scan feature on the app.
Instead I had to drive to another location 1.4 miles away just to get a drink and use my reward.
The clerk was incompetent, rude and unwilling to listen to customer feedback.
