Apple support sent me here, an hour away from my house, for a battery replacement under my AppleCare plan. The workers there informed me that they couldn’t do it because my 80% battery health wasn’t low enough.

I went to the store yesterday and was going to sell my phone 15 pro max and get 17 pro but I found the value less there so I didn't sell it. Then when I came home and checked my bank account they deducted $24 from my account just for see the phone. This is a fraud.

Talked to an associate named Amanda who was super rude when I went in to buy a new iPhone 17pro, had to walk out and come back a different day, Denise was awesome, I was able to finally buy the phone

Not everyone wants a new phone , I am super positive their motto is to just try to sell the newest model . Unless you're under warranty or your plan is too upgrade I would not even bother coming to any Apple Store for repairs. I can guarantee they do not event attempt to fix your phone if it’s out of warranty .

I tried to call the store with a few questions rather than driving there in person. I got routed to technical support and the lady helping me said she would try and contact them. She tried for almost 10 minutes and no one pick up the phone at the store.
Feels bad. Maybe do better.

I had a disappointing experience at Apple Valley Plaza. The employees, from management to specialists, were rude and unhelpful. The specialists seemed annoyed when I asked questions about products and gave attitude when I needed help. I recommend making the extra drive to Apple in Valencia and asking for Margarita. Margarita is genuinely kind, willing to help find the perfect product, and doesn’t get annoyed or give attitude when asked questions. Avoid Apple Valley Plaza and go to Apple Valencia!! You’ll have a much better experience there, especially with Margarita, who is really helpful and friendly.

Not helpful. Needed help with understanding how iCloud works with downloading photos. The employee looked at me as if I had two heads.
