I came into the Apple Store to buy my boyfriend a phone and the guy that helped us out “Jason” was extremely rude when I asked if they offer military discount. He got upset and aggressively grabbed the phone I was purchasing and told me to order on their computer then he refused to help us afterwards when we had further questions. Luckily Jules helped us out she was so sweet. Thank you Jules

Received attitude form manager named James. Disappointed to see poor customer service and lack of communication from Apple employees. Scheduled an appointment- arrived early and was asked to come back at the appointment time. At appointment time was not seen. After 20 minutes nothing. When asked manager what’s going on manager responded “we are letting you know NOW it’s going to be a few more mins”.

All of apple is terrible. I have only ever had an iPhone and up until now I don’t want it anymore ever again. How is it that the computer is in charge of person. Literally what a customer service representative told me on the phone right now. That they aren’t able to transfer me to anybody able to help me with my account. That it’s up to a computer wow. I’m gonna look into anything else besides Apple. I don’t need a computer making decisions for me

If I could give zero stars I would.Apple Music doesn’t work offline.My downloaded purchased music doesn’t play.My downloaded playlists don’t play.Any downloaded song I choose doesn’t play.When I talked to the Genius Bar they said my files were corrupted. What a bunch of liars. I get my music legally through iTunes and I get no way to play them at all.No trust is given to the customer.What a waste of a space in the mall.

Patsy was the one who helped me and she was awesome! So helpful and patient. She took time to answer my questions regarding the issues on my phone. I was going back and forth with different people and no response. Patsy was the only one that was able to fix my problem within minutes. this is by far the worst store period to come to for anything. the customer service doesn't exist, the employees don't take the initiate to approach you or welcome you as you enter the store. My appointment was at 3:20 and its now past closing time because their employees were unqualified to perform a override function. Even better, the apple employee literally broke my privacy screen protector while she was peeling it back and I brought it up to the store manager about how rude his employees were in handling my case as well as breaking my privacy screen protector. I asked for a simple replacement but was DENIED!!!! I came in because their update triggered some kind of camera issue, to the sense that it thought that it had non apple products. but because my warranty for my iPhone13 pro was expired, they refused to fix it unless I paid $200 for them to fix it. I was livid, and called apple support to get them to overrule their $200 charge and to proceed to fix it. That alone was a two hour phone call just to get that ball rolling for them to SCHEDULE me to fix my phone! I will never come here again, and I advise anybody that has apple problems to use an authorized distributor.
