I was confused about how to operate the oxygen equipment because they explained it to my husband while I was still in the hospital.I called the company to see if they could come back out to explain it to me. They sent Ron Mosher out to assist me. He was very helpful, professional and kind. He explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable when he left. I appreciated his kindness because I'm new to oxygen and I'm not feeling well.

No one called. No one showed up. Received package a week ago. Reps are hard not understand as they speak English poorly . Very disappointed in Apria.

If I could put zero stars I would. Don't be fooled by this company and read the fine print! These people took advantage of me in my weakest times. After my baby being in the Nicu I was offered to rent a breast pump from aprea. When signing to rent the pump, they said I could rent it for one year and then they would come pick it up from my house (if things sound too good to be true, trust your gut). I said I live very rural are you sure? They assured me yes they will pick it up. Long story short, 30 days after I had the pump they wanted it back. Which is fine didn't belong to me and someone gave me the wrong information. No prob, come pick up your pump like you said. Lady number one who calls from apria says they can't come pick it up but will send a fed ex box. I say ok. Wait 2 weeks box never comes. Call back talk to lady number 2, informs me she can't find anything about me renting a pump and I should just go to the local office closest to me (which is 2 hours away). Next I get a bill for $427. You can see where this is going. Very difficult company to deal with I don't recommend them at all.

Do you guys care at all? One of your patient's package was wrongly delivered to my address. I called Apria phone number and requested to have the package delivered to the correct address or give me just the house number so that I can personally deliver the package. And you go on talking about Hippa. Did I ask you any personal details or medical history? You told me to leave the package outside my house on the porch and someone will come and collect the package. 2 days passed, nobody has showed up so far and the package is eating dust. Just called you again and your agent said someone will come today to pick it up. If nobody shows up between today and tomorrow, the package is going in the bin. Come on guys, you have a business, pull it together. What's the point of running business like a clueless bunch?

This place is a joke. I tried to use a prescription from my doctor they wouldn’t take it. Had to have it faxed from the doctors office. They were extreme rude on the phone and unhelpful. I didn’t get my medical device in time and now I don’t know how I’m going to get around when I have surgery tomorrow. This is atrocious that these people are in a medical field and this uncaring and rude. People have enough going on and to be treated this callously is disgusting.

I had difficulty providing requested information for Apria Terms of Service online, so phoned the number provided. Paula, at Apria, was very helpful, kind and patient as we walked through the process. My situation was a little complicated because patient is mother and lives about 120 miles away, I take care of bills & orders for her and it was unclear which zip code was to be inserted into Apria system.

This company has the worst patient support ever. I have been waiting several days for a Respiratory Therapistto get back to me about a CPAP machine that took 6 weeks to be deliveredIf you have other options I would strongly suggest you explorevthem

Do you not use Apria Healthcare!!! I needed a wheelchair for my special needs daughter that broke her ankle. I had a prescription emailed it to an actual (branch coordinator, Kamerina) who was supposed to be taking care of it with my insurance. She was supposedly working with the doctor. I waited and waited. I emailed her again. No response, long story short never received the wheelchair. She never emailed me back never return my phone calls. I don’t get it. Do they not want to make money??

I gave this place to stars because usually when I order my CPAP supplies they usually send them right out to me so they're pretty good at that the only issue I have with Apria if you need something extra on your order they just outright refuse to ship anything unless it's ordered by a doctor and second they need to get a 90-day reorder the every time you have to remember to call these people the last time I had a CPAP and use the other company it was on automatic 90-day renewal every 90 days they ship my part to me not Apria

I’m convinced they don’t want their equipment back so that they can keep billing insurance and customers. They make it impossibly inconvenient to return, didn’t give me the option to drop it off, don’t show up the day they say they are coming and I was told “we just give you that appointment without asking to get you to call us”, won’t give you any eta on days they claim they will come when you do schedule, etc. When you call, you’re on hold forever and they can’t find your account.

The rudest most unprofessional people you will ever have to deal with. I could not believe the rude attitude of the person with Apria on the other end of the phone. I will never do any business with them ever again. I will either get my supplies from somewhere else or do without.

Rude and not helpful at all. I was in serious need of my cpap machine and they kept giving me the run around. Didn’t give me all the information I needed to receive it! I was waiting and was ever told I needed to give a $140 copay before they would even ship it! Lady who ask for it was so rude! I hate this place. Still don’t know how to correctly use it.
