Hannah is the greatest sales representative I have ever dealt with at any store. When Apple next door told me nothing could be done to trade in my phone, Hannah made sure I got a full trade in, and even hooked me up with a case and charger. I would not hesitate to refer everyone to Hannah and AT&T as a result.

We all agree how at&t sucks but never fails to amuse us and sets a new standard every time one bar higher. Then my friend Sunny said try valley mall at&t Store. Hannah helped us and i was in disbelief that this is an at&t store. She is very professional and detail oriented a very good listener who pays attention to detail. She took it upon herself personally and tried everything to change my prospective about At&t company in general. She is the perfect definition of a hard working honest American who try to make a mark on society or History. Just like Punjabi people. Bravo At&t hire more staff like her. Good Job Hannah.

I personally had a very Bad experience with the company At&t coz the people sitting at their top management positions have an I.Q of a premature baby. But then i met the people at the At&t store in valley mall plaza when i bought a restaurant near the mall. This store location has a team of highly skilled efficient and professional staff who are not only very helpful but have a positive problem solving attitude towards any issues being faced by their customers. I would really like to thank their manager Hannah who helped us sort out the issue at our business and provide us with the best deal possible. Thanks

Staffs are friendly and helpful. However I really hope they are more knowledgeable about their own policies. For example knowing that the quote they give out is based on auto pay set ups. He mentions nothing about it which is kinda disappointing.

I went to the AT&T store to add a line and get a new phone. I bought an iPhone 15 and the representative told me it was a pro max but in actuality it’s a plus. He (Sergio) from the AT&T store inside the Valley Plaza wasn’t informative, whenever I asked a question he gave me a round about answer. He wasn’t focused. He was in a hurry and it was a bad experience.
