I had an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes prior and checked in. 3 associates wrapped up with their customers 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment. Other customers began to trickle in and had 5 and ten minute conversations with associates. Some of the times requiring 2 associates attention. I left 5 minutes after my appointment as they continued to begin conversations beyond checking in people.

The store would not transfer my info from my old phone to my new phone. They claim they don't have internet..... now that I've done the transferring, I can't retrieve my old ringtones ATT wants me to pay again and redownload. Now I've done that and I'm still unable to use them. Not happy with ATT
