Nichole was awesome and went above and beyond in helping us in our purchase of our new phones. The best service we have at an ATT store.
I returned a few weeks later and bought an Apple Watch. She was so helpful in setting up my watch and answered many more technical questions for me.
At my next visit for help on my watch screen Jose helped me. While looking at my account he found a way to save me money on my monthly rate. Thank you Jose for going the extra mile.
