This is the best AT&T location. Great customer service! A 1/4 to 1/3 of the wait time of other locations! But I hope no one reads this or it won’t be that way anymore, at least the wait time.

Alonzo was able to help me upgrade my phone quickly and at a better price than I expected. He's even reached out afterwards letting me know if I had questions I could go to him. I am beyond pleased with the service I received at the AT&T store in the marketplace

We had a wonderful experience at this AT&T store because of Lizbeth. Liz was willing to go the extra mile when setting up our phone. She was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed any existing issues with our account.

Had to come and see a rep about my first bill, signed up not too long ago with att, switched services because I don't get service anywhere and att is the only service that can provide the areas I go. I signed up at another store which is about a mile or 2 from here, but this store was near where I was shopping at. Rocky helped me out and broke down my bill and I understood more what he was saying about the charges on my first bill. Wish the guy told me from the other store why my bill will be higher for my first month. He was professional, nice and took the time with me to explain. I apologized to him because of the way I was speaking to him, but he was as cool tempered and stick it out with me instead of brushing me off or rush everything I came in for. He said don't worry, I get it, that's why I am here to help. We laughed it off at the end. I can only imagine what sales reps go through when customers comes in hot tempered for some reason, and the reps get the heat for it. Kudos to him, great service by him.

Again, it has been over a year and a half now. NO ONE ever has done to us what Sandie, etc did to us. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE.You'll regret it.

Alonzo was most helpful to me in solving the problem that I had with my brand new phone. I appreciate the customer service in this store in the marketplace Bakersfield, California. If every store could have this level of service, you would have lots and lots of happy customers…Thank you AT&T and Alonso!

Come in and see Rockwell if you need anything from AT&T. He’s willing to go above and beyond to help his customers. Always very kind and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service. Will continue to go to him for all my business needs.

The customer service here is just ridiculous. I was called to upgrade our internet plan to fiber optics for free per the att representative. They scheduled an appointment to do so for July 6. We’ll come to find out they ended up rescheduling it to July 18, cool that’s not problem even though I didn’t get a phone call onto why it was rescheduled. July 17 I get a phone call from another rep to confirm the appointment and I answer and confirm the appointment, 2-3 hours go by and I get a text saying it’s been rescheduled to August 02 now…. Ok why call me to confirm the appointment a day before? I tried calling both reps who called me prior and no answer for either representative. To make things worse we originally had the 25 mbps internet plan and when it first came in on September of 2022 it wouldn’t work so a technician had to come out and see what the issue was, come to find out our apartment is “too far away” from the main hub for internet. So he says he’ll put it to 10 mbps in the meantime while he tries to work on the issue to get us the full 25. Fast foward almost a year later with no follow up in mind ( I have tried following up with this location almost every week with no call back). Save yourself the hassle if you’re in an apartment and go with spectrum, they were easily able to provide the internet plan with no bs excuses.
