I had 4 different employees at 3 stores fail me today, multiple trips back and forth and wasted time I very much needed today to get the car fixed before it was time for work. I was given the wrong Rotors at store one on Panama, and had to drive to stine to pick up wrong brake pads. And then I went back to Panama but was sent to white ln for the “right ones” only to receive different wrong ones again, luckily i had a feeling I should just look up the part number before I left the parking lot. And that’s when I realized I was given the wrong ones again. I went back in one last time and was helped by Omar S. I told him I was upset and I told him to please slowdown and please make sure I got the right ones. So for the final time I did another return exchange for the correct ones and I checked AGAIN on my end just to make sure I was getting the correct ones. So thank you Omar, you personally I give 5 stars!. And with that I give autozone as a whole 2 stars. I just wanna say autozone managers PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO SLOW DOWN AND DO THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, I’ve now ran out of time to change out simple rotors, and now my family at home will be left without a vehicle, while I take our other car to work.

Customer service was very very slow the same 2 people were at the counter for 15 minutes holding up the line and were still holding up the after I got to the register and paid, they need to open up a register for those who want to pick up orders or pay next time I'm going to O'Reilly, they have people to open to pay for items

Samara Z. #5335 Should definitely get a raise. After getting such an unpleasant experience through two different stores in Bakersfield, I got to the store on White Lane and she made a bad day into a better one. The two stores could not test my alternator that had a warranty on it so they would not exchange it. I finally made to her store, although there were a bit of complications at the beginning. She was able to switch it all around my alternator with no hassle. I am pleased and thankful make her a manager.

Service is inconsistent and the priority of having 2 or more dealing with phone calls while there are 5 or more waiting in store is a completely flawed system. The focus and service should be given to those if us who are actually in store cash in hand firstly phone calls should come second.
