Service is inconsistent and the priority of having 2 or more dealing with phone calls while there are 5 or more waiting in store is a completely flawed system. The focus and service should be given to those if us who are actually in store cash in hand firstly phone calls should come second.

John was so helpful. I don’t know anything about cars but when I asked for help putting my car battery in he offer to put in the battery. He was respectful and very accommodating. Thank you so much for all your help and getting me back on the rode. God bless you.

Lynn Refuse to process a return from a another store didn’t even offer an exchange for the purchase within 30days of purchase. She said since it’s a problem from that store I needed to back to that store. Natalie from 5332 took care of me with no problem at all.I followed up with district Mgr Joanna.
