Came in to get spark plugs for my car and had no idea what to look for I was able to get exactly what I needed with Andy's help very informative and has amazing customer service definitely recommend going to store 3311 for whatever you need!!

Every time I come into Autozone on Ming and Ashe, the store is very organized and clean. Andy helped me when I came in to buy wiper blades, even took an extra step and installed them for me. Will definitely recommend this store due to their penmanship, humbleness, and knowledge.

Came in mid morning, wasn't very busy. Was helped out right away. Just needed some replacement bulbs for taillights, the gentleman working looked em up, and also got them off the shelf for me. Employees were very helpful and friendly, store looked clean and organized. Definitely will be back again for any car stuff i need.

My husband and I went in for auto parts unfortunately they did not have one particular item in stock however the gentleman helping us, Joe, was very friendly and helpful and was able to order it for us from a different location where we were able to pick it up. He was awesome, very patient, helpful and all around just a joy to work with. Thank you Joe!
