I was waiting in line to ask an employee about a part that I needed, and the employee that helped me made the ugliest looks after I asked if he spoke spanish. Throughout the entire conversation he rolled his eyes and wasn't helpful at all. I would avoid this place simply because of this guy. Absolutely pathetic and unwelcome.

I was relieved they had the coolant I needed for my 2.0L 1998 Volkswagen New Beetle that the clerk initially said they were out of stock. But the clerk checked and found my car's type of coolant on the shelf.
Keep in mind that my car uses purple color coolant. The coolant I was sold was not purple it was clear. I said nothing to the store clerk as I needed the coolant badly to make the coolant warning light go away.
While the coolant I was sold solved my dilemma, I have a minor trust issue with the AutoZone clerk. If I make a future purchase at that particular AutoZone I will make sure the product I am going to purchase is the correct one for my car.

The store manager, Eric, was awesome! I needed an oil pan, oil filter, and engine oil. I had been to two other stores that sold me the wrong items, but Eric took his time and ensured I had exactly what I needed. Never have I experienced such great customer service! Although there’s closer AutoZones to my house, I drive the extra distance to Eric’s store because he’s friendly and knows the business better than anyone.

Went there 2x. 1st time was awesome they had 2 people at night. 1 was able to pull away for a few mins and help me find a vacuum leak that was causing a lot of other issues. The 2nd time was in the same week and at night there was only 1 person there working, but everything was matter of fact and not really willing to help with a solution

Employees are very helpful I go here knowing that I can get help with questions I have or finding items. One visit I was buying a product that was placed in the wrong spot with a discounted price and they still gave it to me for the discounted price which I really appreciated.
