I just came here on June 5, I needed a battery replaced and Autozone replaced it for me! The employee that did it for me, her name is Ruby A. Thank you so much, she is such a lovely and nice person! She replaced the battery right away compared to jeep lol they told me until Monday. Bruh.

Jay S was very knowledge and thorough in helping me find the correct battery replacement for my EV Ioniq 5. He offered to replace my battery in the parking lot and did so expeditiously. This was a first for me, I usually do it myself as no other store I’ve been to has offered. This will be my new consistent location on Panama and Wible. Thanks Jay!

Bought a few things, needed def for my truck, and had a couple of windshield washer fluids as well. Needless to say, I had my hands full! The nice young man who rang me up offered to help me carry my stuff to my truck! Wish I could remember his name, but will always remember him when I see him in there again!! Excellent customer service!! His parents should be proud!! Nice, polite, and went above and beyond!!
