Stopped by when I was having problems with my battery. The staff was attentive and happy to answer my questions. They changed out my battery after I decided on one. They did a great job. I would definitely come back to this location again!

My dad bought a part from here, but they said it wouldn't arrive for another 1-2 hours because it's coming from another store. Three hours later, we're waiting for the part and still nothing. Turns out, it would take three times as long at around 4pm instead. We call to see if we can just go pick it up from the store it was coming from. 20 minutes across town one way, okay, fine. Come home, mechanic looks at the part. It's the wrong part. District managers, please do better and better general managers. General managers, please do better at hiring general staff. Maybe somebody with a little bit of customer service experience.

The store manager made me feel like a dishonest, untrustworthy and a person with no integrity. The store manager had no customer service whatsoever, I could tell he did not want to help me.
I usually don’t do review’s especially bad ones but the way he made me feel, it was a must. I do NOT recommend anyone going here.
