I've been going to this branch several times and haven't had to much trouble. I'm the one who usually comes in with the complicated question/transaction (I follow all the recommended steps to do what I wanted done to avoid having to go in).Regarding ATM limits, you can, you can log into your BofA app and increase the daily limit for your withdrawals. You don't need an associate to help you with that. Just use the Erica bot to set it up.Also, I learned something new today about moving money from one account to another (belonging to 2 different people, but both are with B of A). You can add the other person or company (if it's a mortgage) under bill pay--->add payee-->company then inter the info. This is where it gets annoying, you have to put the COMPLETE POSTAL ZIP CODE as it appears on your mortgage statement (e.g., 12345-6789). If you only put your 5- digit zip, you'll get an error every time!

Very horrible service. Slow and extreme lack of knowledge. I have to call customer service line and they tell me I was given wrong info from the branch. Manager too doesn't know their stuff. This bank is a nightmare.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BANK.. The Staff is Great! Everyone is so professional, sweet & helpful. They really take care of us.(Only downside, is that once in a while the lines are LOOONG. But once you get to the window, they take care of your banking needs).

Best branch location. Efficient and reliable customer service from every employee I’ve encountered. Also, they maintain a high level of security, which is a key component to quality financial service.

I just got out of this bank after waiting in line for almost an entire hour. I walked in and stood in line at 1 PM and was not helped until 1:55 PM. When I had walked in, there was one teller and only one person ahead of me in line. Then a man who I believe is the manager said “Oh I’m going to let these two people go ahead of you guys because they were technically here first” and these old decrepit customers took, I kid you not, almost 25 minutes each to complete their transactions. Why would you not go help them separately so they don’t take up the line, especially after you talked to them and figured out that what they wanted to do was a bit more complicated than what everyone else was in line for? And THEN, a third old person cut in front of the line and no one stopped her! And she didn’t even know how to swipe her card properly after two minutes of just tapping it onto the screen and it took forever for someone to go over and help her. The woman who was originally in front of me took 2 minutes to complete her transaction. Two minutes. That’s how long I was originally supposed to wait to be helped but apparently, this bank favors the elderly and doesn’t care about anyone else. When I left there was still just the one bank teller and 20 people waiting in line after me (yes, I counted).Never ever in my life have I had such a long, excruciating experience at any Bank of America, which is why I am writing this. This was ridiculous. Do better.*** This is just an update in response to BOA’s reply to this review: the amount of money I needed to withdraw exceeded the amount of money I’m allowed to withdraw from the ATM. I had no other option but to wait. A man who worked there literally came up to me to double check and asked “is the amount you want withdraw less than $1,000?” And when I said no, I needed a lot more than that, he said “okay, then keep waiting in line.” He then asked everyone else in line and they let him know that yes, they needed the help of a bank teller for the transactions they wanted to complete. We’re not idiots.Nice trying though attempting to put the blame on me for having to wait so long

I came into the branch to order new credit and debit cards because I was unable to do it online. I was told to wait 7-10 business days for them to come in the mail. After waiting, I never received it in the mail so I called customer service. They informed me my cards were NEVER mailed out and no request was made. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 business days.... What a waste of time.

Exceptional customer service. Clean and well maintained. Building was recently updated during COVID. People recognize the quality so it can get busy. Create appointments beforehand if you're in a rush.

Slowest bank. Had five people ahead of me but it took 45 minutes to get to teller. They have 3 employees roaming in branch, should use them as tellers to speed up.

I started my business in 2002 and I have been using Bank of America since then from last 20 years and some other financial institutes, but I have the best experience with Bank of America and I highly recommend.

The one star is only because the doors were open. They are arrogant and lofty. They gave me a number to call them back and it is useless. I will look to change banks very soon.
