Went into this location this morning to buy a propane heater and was amazed by how friendly and polite every associate I ran into was. The store was clean and organized and had a good selection of heaters to choose from.

I was going camping and in need of a cot, so I stopped at big five and purchased a Coleman cot, only to find out once upon arriving at my campground that the two end bars were missing! upon further inspection i found that the bag it came in was torn! I believe someone returned the cot and the the staff didn't inspect it to assure that all the parts were in place.

I've gone to this store multiple times for gun cleaning supplies. They never have anything in stock. Guess I'll go on Amazon.

Honestly horrible customer service. I was being helped by a so called manager Brianna . And she was rude and not helpful. If she is having a bad day then she should have not come to work. Short staffed and as a manager she should be more discreet when speaking about other ppl Invould hear her clear as day where I was standing.

Very helpful in the shoe department the young lady tried really hard to find my mom some shoes but since she had a bad little toe everthing rubbed on it so we have to just wait til it heals.Thank you Big 5
