I went into Big O right before they closed, and Jaycob Mendoza was incredibly accommodating and kind while helping me get my tire fixed. What impressed me the most was how he didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all, even though I showed up right before closing. Truly excellent service!

i came in for an oil change and a tire repair this morning. While I feel like the work was fine, I have noticed a huge dip in customer service over the last three years. Every time I come in for maintenance work it has become more expensive and they always find problems that other mechanics tell me isn't the case. I made an appointment for 11 am and it is now 1 pm and I still haven't left. What is the point of the appointment system if I still have to wait two hours for work to be completed? Big O should remove this system if it is not honored. I never receive a warm greeting anymore either! which is why i will no longer be coming with my vehicle anymore.

If I could give this place and the two workers here, Ernesto Rosales Sanchez and Jaycob Mendoza a 0, I would. I came to fix the tire and brake, which later on I refused to change the brake. I didn’t give consent for them to change the brake at all, yet they told me they already worked on it and charged me labor fee for it.
They made me wait for 2 hours for nothing. Only when it was their closing time that I came up and asked them that I saw my car was already parked there, meaning it should be done already. No one informed me or even messaged me, though they knew I sat right there. Then they said nothing was done to my car because I refused service, while I made it clear with Ernesto that I didn’t want to change my brake but I was okay with changing the tire. So if nothing was done, why did they make me wait for 2 hours for nothing? Then Jaycob refused to change the tire stating it was not in stock (though Ernesto told me it was when I dropped of the car). When I said I had a spare tire in my trunk, Jaycob refused to do it saying it was past their time.
I should have known about this place and chosen somewhere else since the negative reviews of this place already on Yelp. But it was close to my home so I decided to go with it. Never again will i want to work with dishonest and untrustworthy people like this. Very unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place

I always like going to take our vehicle to Big O Tires on Coffee Rd. They are fast and very polite and the place is clean.

They did an awesome job on my work service truck. It’s been to two other auto shops and FINALLY they fixed the issue. One shop said it was the transmission, one said it was the tires that needed to be balanced, BigO found out that two tires were separated that caused the shaking due to the front struts going bad and leaking. Ever since I got the truck back, no more shake and the front end drives straight and true.
