I did read some of the other reviews and yes, sometimes you wait a little while even with an appointment during busy tax season, but when its your turn to talk to Sandra you are not rushed and she takes her time to go over everything with you. I also expect to wait because we try and get appointments after work and that is when a lot of people want appointments. I have never had a bad experience with staff and everyone has always been very helpful. Just remember.... you get what you pay for!”
