Worst service I've ever received. I went in for a replacement phone after my phone was stolen. Not only wouldn't they give me a good deal, the girl was so rude and not helpful at all. I asked her for my account number. She said she wasn't allowed to give that information so I drove all the way home 5 miles and called Boost CS. They told me to go back and demand my account number. She did finally pull that information up on her computer but then she gave me the wrong number. She mixed up one digit. Very rude and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE UVE EVER RECEIVED!!!

Activated a hot spot device. Rep answered all my questions and beyond - walked out of store knowing how to properly use my device. Highly recommend Boost Mobile for their service and knowledgeable reps.

Do not buy Beats by Dr. Dre here. They are selling used, broken down Beats for full price. The boxes do not even come in the clear plastic wrap, they're already unwrapped. They are dirty, and the inside covers are torn. When I tried to return the Beats I bought they gave me a hard time, claiming that they do not do refunds. Absolutely no sound came out from one side of the headphones, and despite the receipt stating that a full refund was eligible within 7 days of purchasing the device they did not want to refund me. Instead they wanted to give me another beat up broken set of headphones.
