theres other options another carier difrent store not having a phone are only a few thatwould be better than this boost mobile store went in for an upgrade and they wanted 40,00 for activation fee already have boost account dont need to activate anything for me insert my sim card is all that needs to bdone .price of upgrade should been 69.00 not 113.00 walmart is cheaper and no activation needed 5 mins to set up phone

if imma be completely honest service was pretty trash, connection was always poor and the workers aren’t that helpful. so happy i switched to T-mobile. way better than boost. for the price it’s a rip off even if it’s “cheap” you’re not getting your moneys worth. trust me, save money and get Verizon or t-mobile.

Small place with wonderful customer service, the woman who handles the cell phone activation is fairly quickly and has a great attitude ?. She handled everything professionally and fast. Very satisfied with the customer care.
