Showed up at 755am. Place opens at 8am. Second customer in line. Came in for an oil change. Something simple. Quoted for $90. Waited till 928am. Ended up paying $112. Almost 1.5 hrs for an oil change. Two other customers came and went and had their vehicles diagnosed. Not the fastest.

A huge big thanks to Liz and the crew at Break Masters for the assistance Aug 19th 2024! My work truck ABS breaks alarm came on, breaks began to tighten up while driving on hwy178 in the canyon coming down the mountain. Yikes, huge pucker moment! Liz drove me to my hotel and picked me up. The bill was under $440.
The shop took me with no appt and back on the rd under 5 hours.

Helped a good friend with her car at this spot; Liz & Kim helped us and they were so great through the entire process. From explaining the issue, breaking down the charges, to helping us with the loner car and so much more. Yes, we had to go back bc the light came back on; it was another part that needed replaced within a few days. It was covered under their warranty and they gave us absolutely no headaches about going back. Quite literally the opposite (100% opposite!!) experience we have both had at another local shop.
Instead of just turning off the light and taking our money, they actually fixed the issue, and bonus they went above and beyond to help with her tire, they didn’t have to do all of that. People like these 2, are why people like us come back.
Also, that’s just nice, and nice is better than mean in this life. Thanks for not taking advantage of people and for helping and reducing cost, while still providing such great service!! literally telling everyone about this spot. ?

I had a few issues with my car so i gave them a visit; Liz, and Kim are dope AF. They were both so nice and truly took care of me. From my initial phone calls, to the service, to a whole loaner car, they are super nice and will surely take care of you & your car. I was recommended by someone working at ford but i had seen them before, i also thought they only did brakes. I was SO wrong. They do SO MUCH MORE.
They accept various forms of payment fortunately, so i was able to buy now and pay later. I was approved before i went down there, so that eased my anxiety a ton. All i had to do was show up, and wait. Everything went smoothly and timely.
I do recommend visiting them if you’re having car trouble. No appointments needed buttt you know it’s always best to be kind, show up before 4pm & give time for the inspection.
Oh that too!! Their diagnostics is credited towards the repair. For real! Don’t let these other shops take advantage of you.

My experience with Brake Masters in Bakersfield, CA was excellent. I was quite impressed with the quality, professionalism, and integrity of this WOSB. I was very pleased with the communication from and with Kim and Liz over the course of repairs on our older Toyota Tacoma. Brake Masters team did a great job replacing the rack and pinion, tie rods, and struts, as well as performing an alignment. Their pricing is fair and competitive with good, honest work. The location is convenient (I drove an hour to reach Brake Masters on a recommendation) and the shop unique--huge glass windows (more like a half wall) where you can watch the staff of mechanics at work on vehicles. While repairs on the Tacoma spanned a couple of days, I was provided a loaner car as a courtesy. Great overall experience! I would definitely use them again on my other vehicles and would recommend them to friends.

Brought my car in for a full alignment after purchasing a set of tires. Turned out the front end of my Mustang was in worse condition that I thought. They were up front and told me they could perform the service but without a warranty. I then asked for a quote for a complete front end rebuild which was provided.
There was absolutely no pressure from them to accept the quote and proceed. They even offered a 90 day price lock. After thinking about it overnight, I decided to go forward w/the job.
Their customer service is noticeably top notch and professional. I have no reservations in recommending Brake Masters on Brundage.

They let you know what the problem is they don't lie they are very nice I've been going there for 13 years and they also have different paying options the are absolutely trustworthy please try them out you won't be disappointed!!!
