I rented a utility van today, the representative I worked with was amazing.Teresa was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! She was professional and friendly and that’s not something very common in customer service. I am glad she was the one I worked with! I can’t say enough how pleased I was with her service!

We rented a U-Haul from here and they didn't show up to open the gate the next morning. Very unreliable and nobody to talk to or help you. We still have no clue when they'll be opening the gate so we can return the u-haul. That made us both late to work. Rent from somewhere else

Good morning everyone! Overall, the storage lot itself is great and I really haven’t had any issues with the company, other than the rising prices. I completely understand that costs go up each year given the times we’re in.
I recently spoke with Teresa regarding another increase, as I’m not always the best at checking mail or emails. I simply wanted clarification on whether the price increase was due to the unit rental itself or the renter’s insurance. While she initially explained that prices do go up each year, I asked again because I wasn’t sure if I fully understood the explanation.
When I rephrased my question, I was told, “That’s really good—you’ve been with us 4 years and it’s only gone up twice.” I asked once more for clarification, and at that point, the tone of the conversation shifted. The response I received was, “I’m not sure what you’re not understanding, I’ve already explained it twice. What are you not understanding?”
As a customer, I value patience and clear communication, especially over the phone. I wasn’t upset—I just wanted to be sure I understood. I do have my answer now, but I felt the experience could have been handled with a little more patience.
That said, I want to thank Brimhall Mini Storage for the last 4 years. The facility itself has been great, and I’ve had no other issues.
