He is now located at the A3 gym. I got my first spin class free. It cost $15 to drop in. I really enjoyed my class with this instructor he was very kind and helped me pick out the right seat for the ride.

Wow! What an experience. Great instructors and a wonderful atmosphere. Easy-going and laid-back, I highly recommend paying this place a visit if you're looking for a comfortable clean and upbeat spin class.

Best workout for only $5! Joe is an awesome trainer and plays some good music. Highly recommend.
