Absolutely terrible experience. Hector at the downtown location will lie about Everything. After waiting almost a year for my special order Maverick to show up, Hector canceled my order and sold it to “someone who has bought many cars from them over the years”. I had to argue with this guy just to order the truck how I wanted it. I put a deposit down and had to sign a build sheet. But when MY truck was shipped from the factory, Hector claimed that I released it. He actually has a recorded phone call when I said that I Do NOT want to release MY truck. Ford issued me a private offer for having to wait so long on MY order. Instead, hector canceled my order and returned my deposit without my authorization. A year of waiting down the drain because this crook wanted to sell MY truck to one of his buddies. So if you are driving a 2023 Hybrid Lariat Maverick in Hot Pepper Red, you didn’t get to buy it because the person who ordered it backed out. You got it because Hector at Jim Burke Ford Downtown is a scummy Lier.

If I could give a 0 start rating, I would. We brought our truck to get some computer things fixed. After a week went by, we had to reach out to them for an update. We were told that a part needed to be ordered and that it would be an additional week. 2 weeks went by and we were very concerned; we decided to go in-person to see why things were taking so long. We were told that the representative that was working our case was out-of-office and they could not give us an update for us. They couldn't tell us how much we owed, if the part that our truck needed to be ordered was actually ordered, couldn't even tell us what work had actually been done on the damn truck! I am at complete disbelief at how horrible management this place has! How are they even still in business?!

This dishonest dealership will put "Blue oval certified" on anything. Then when you buy said certified vehicle you get to wait at least a month for them to even look at the problem.

So disappointed in the customer service here. Disappointed. 3 days of waiting, phone tag & being stuck with NO TRUCK. Such an inconvenience. Frustrating since day 1. I was told my truck would be ready at 4pm 10/18/21. I was in the lobby waiting at 3:40 only to be told at 5:01 that my truck was not ready and won't be ready. Day 3 of this mess AND I have not been contacted or updated! Save yourself the headache. Go to GMC or Chevrolet. Where I'm sure you won't be treated like this

I wish I could say it was great. I don't go hating on services just cause but I knew something was up. I went for a few things and my grandparents told me to let them check it out. I needed my airbags changed and it was free because of a recall so they can do work while I'm there doing that. Decided on a smog check. They said I need this done before I do. This being a service. Ok, did it. Now I needed this done. Ok did it. Price keeps going up and up. I tell the man I have X amount of dollars you said last week everything was ok. Now in my second week of service, I need this done to my car in order for smog to pass. Add on another 800 dollars I don't have. He thought I'd be ok with that. I said nope I'm picking up my car. I don't have time to keep getting price gouged. So it took another week just to get my car because they still weren't done with what they got me for before. I go to pick up and I ask him is it legit I need this part to pass smog. He said if I didn't have it I wouldn't pass. Now guess who went to get a smog check and passed without this part he insisted I wouldn't pass with. I'm told afterwards from people, don't go to dealership they do this. They will tack on price after price to get you. I will listen and never mess with Ford again. You could say it was naïveté that shouldn't prompt a score, but being fair and honest is everyone's freaking duty and if promoting false advertising and failing to actually do the job I ask of you and spend the hard earned money I had to work for for you to lie to me, yeah, I am going to complain. Screw these people and screw Gabriel Garcia(Service Advisor). The one who kept lying to me throughout the whole experience.

On 07/12/2021, I brought my gray 2019 Mustang GT Performance Package level 1 to Jim Burke Ford Collision center for repairs, after two months on Thursday 09/30/2021 I was notified my car was finally ready for pickup! Delay was caused by some parts being on backorder, incorrect parts being delivered and parts being broken which are bound to happen. I arrived at the location at approximately 230pm, Upon arriving at the location I noticed several scratches on my vehicle, the majority being located near the front of the car, which happens to be the area they were working on. I also overserved damage to my passenger side mirror and my passenger side fender. The damage was very prevalent. I was shocked that no one had noticed it prior to me. There was white paint transfer on my passenger side mirror and passenger side fender. The scrapes were so severe the bare metal was showing. I pointed out the damages to the employee and she was able to verify that the scratches had happened at their location and agreed to repair them free of cost but would take up to three days. However, I was still shocked that no one ever contacted me to inform me my car had been in an accident/collision. We scheduled for me to bring the car back Tuesday 10/05/2021 at 8:00 am. While driving the car home I felt something was wrong with the car but I shook the thought off because it had just been at a Certified Ford Dealership for close to 3 months and the bill had come out to over 6,500 dollars lucky for me, my insurance company was picking up the tab. so I was confident everything was installed correctly and that the scratches had just been someone accidently rubbing up against the car once in a while since it had been there for so long plus they were repairing it free of charge and it would only be 3 days! After close to 3 months without your car, 3 days seems like very little! After getting the car home I noticed more scratches around the car so I decided to pop the hood and review the work done. I instantly noticed that my radiator coolant was two different colors and extremely overfilled as I began examining the vehicle more closely I began to discover more issues, such as a rubber band holding a couple wires together, and the newly replaced front bumper had scratches on it. I immediately drove the car back to Ford arriving at approximately 04:45pm the same day to have the employees document my discoveries. The front end employees have always been extremely helpful! Once the documentation was done I brought the car back home on the drive back home. I was much more attentive to the feel of the car and the noises it was making. I noticed the vehicle was making a popping noise when making turns. I also heard the car honk when I went over a bump on the road but I chalked that up to someone honking at someone else. The ride of the car also felt extremely bumpy and every bump in the road would cause the car to bump several times after going over it. The performance pack GTs have an upgraded suspension that makes the car bump very little if any so this was a very clear indication there were more things wrong with the car. After getting home and inspecting the car again, I discovered that the radiator fan was not attached to the radiator. I also discovered that the radiator that was installed in my car was the incorrect one for my car. I also discovered that the driver side air vent was not installed correctly and that the bottom grill was also not installed correctly. I reviewed the invoice and checked the itemized list and verified every item that they claimed to have repaired/replaced and nearly every item was done incorrectly. I documented every issue and took photos. Today, 10/05/2021 at approximately 8:00am I brought the car back to Jim Burke Ford Collision Center, upon walking in I requested to have a walk around of the car with the General Manager to address my concerns with the work quality. The front end employee went and called General Manager Garret. I'll call him G for short. Upon introduction G was very standoffish. I believe he might hav

We are quite finished trying to support the local dealership. Tried to buy my wife's ExplorerST here, and they called me back 2 weeks later saying "well we will see what we have on the lot." We bought in Glendale waiting for a callback from them (12/31/2020). Took my Mustang in for an AC service (August 2021). Took a month to get an appointment. Took them about 2 weeks to do the repair due to a "Covid outbreak." They had me come down to see that they scratched up my dash real bad and see if I would accept $500 off the bill in lieu of fixing it. Plus 2 more weeks to get resolution on that. Driving home, I noticed they also put gouges in my windshield tint right at driver's eye level. No call back on that. For $1,700 to do the AC evaporator replacement (web search shows most dealerships charge around $1,300) plus $200 to retint the windshield, I kind of expected they would know how to complete the repair without destroying the interior. Got a filthy car back that had been sitting outside for a month because they "didn't want to scratch up my paint" or didn't want me to see some odd scratches -- who knows. Also, odd they never gave me a written estimate, but the price did come out to about what they said it would. All in all, I was super nice to them the whole time, but it seemed like they kind of just tossed my car parts in a pile while they were working on it and couldn't decide what to do about my dash so just didn't call me back for a while. Next time I'll just drive to Porterville or somewhere else. At least I have my AC working now that it's October.

This review is for the Service department. Beware, this is a full on business to make as much as they can from customers especially ones who don't know better. I took my car in for a recall and also asked them to check out my brakes and if they could clean out the headlights that had "fogged" over and become dim. I asked that they call me with estimates for the brakes and headlights before doing the work (if any was needed). Brakes: I'm handed an estimate sheet to sign and notice it's a total of $145. I asked why is there a charge because recall is free. That's the fee just to look at the brakes. I said no, don't look at them. They don't need to charge a fee to look. I later took car to Les Schwab (they look for free!) and paid a total of $303 for repairs. Headlights: the guy tells me "those scrubs you see on tv don't work". He calls later and says they'll need to replace the headlight assemblies and take apart the front of the car. Total cost: $1,040. I said no to that as well. Took my car to Jiffy Lube and for $49.99 they restored my headlights and taillights to brand new condition. I assume they did it with one of those scrubs that don't work. Windshield: When I dropped my car off, it had a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that had been there for ~5 years out of sight. Upon picking my car up after the recall work was finished my windshield had a massive crack right up through the drivers view. They claimed they didn't do it and maybe it was "the temperature" of the day. It was a reasonable 99 degrees in August. Eventually they agreed to pay for half the cost but would not replace it there. It became an inconvenience for me to take care of and when they paid me back they rounded down the "half".
