Very professional kept me updated on everything. Even more than my own insurance. Very polite and respectful. Even got my vehicle done early and as well washed it and shined my tires. Would recommend anyone to get their service. If you use them. I’m pretty sure you will use them anytime you ever end up in a accident or situation that causes you to need repairs.

The contact person, George Padilla, was very pleasant to work with, work was finished on time. My car looks brand new! I would recommend Caliber over other shops if you are in need of collison repair.

I was very disappointed in the very 5 minutes of being there. The advisor came out to see the tailgate of one of my trucks with a dint on top. He said: we don't fix this here, i asked: you don't do body work?? He: we do, but we don't fix this here. We need to change the tailgate. If you want a Mickey mouse, go to the shops on union.
At that point, I got mad and asked him to give me a quote anyway, but I left before they could produce one.
Very unprofessional from the start.

George was friendly and eager to help! The bid came back significantly lower than another company, they were extremely professional and had great communication and even got my car done a few days earlier than expected! It’s flawless!
