They don’t follow directions. They don’t make your order how to you tell them but they steal your money for the wrong order they didn’t even make right .

Terrible service!! What they lack in attention. They sure can't make any effort in taking in your order correctly. Please learn to take initiative in how the order is made and take special request like having no dairy on a sandwich seriously. Sincerely Disappointed. Oh and this is not the first time this has happened.

I kinda felt it was kinda weird that a rat was cooking my food but the rat made it taste amazing and gave it its own flavor when he was cooking and I was talking to him and found out his name is ratatouille but Carls jr you should give ratatouille employee of the year
