Amazing service from the ones who answer the phone, to the drivers delivering our parts. Fast service, always reliable. If you need parts they are very knowledgeable and willing to put forth extra effort ro make sure you're taken care of and make your part search a one stop shop. Very grateful for the folks here.

The staff was really friendly and helpful! They helped me find the right wiper blades for my car and even installed them for me! This Carquest on Rosedale helped me more than any other auto parts shop I’ve been to. 10/10 recommend.

Celine goes above and beyond to help me with our needs. She provides very quick responses and goes out of her way to find me parts that I can’t find. Quick, great customer service, provides updates, and resourceful. Purchasing parts from them makes is so easy and quick.

Some of these bad reviews are from people who obviously never worked retail ? The manager, you can tell she takes pride in her store. This store is the BEST looking Carquest in Bakersfield and the cleanest! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable which is great. Thank you for NEVER asking me if it 2wd or 4wd when buying wiper blades like other auto stores. I will keep coming back.

I visited this store trying to get a part for my old Jeep. The staff was so quick jumping in and helping me identify the the part number. They had the part in the store, no waiting for days to get it. Hard to get this type of service at an auto parts store these days.

So Celine at the Rosedale store in Bakersfield CA is the person I work with everyday. Celine messages me everyday to let me know she is available for anything I have questions about. Do to her diligence and ability to get products I need and quickly is why I prefer to use Carquest. I don't usually do reviews but for Celine I will because of how good she is to me. They’ve always had what I have needed and it’s a quality part unlike some other parts chains which fuel pumps won’t even last a few months. Also, a great supporter to the Bakersfield Trailblazers.

Carquest on Rosedale is the ONLY place I get parts in town. Great staff, Super helpfull always able to answer my questions. They have a large selection or can get what I need pretty quick if they have to order it. A few times I even received OEM parts at waaaaaay better price then I could have at the Stealership!!!!

Excellent variety of automotive needs. Only complaint was the lady at the front desk was a little rude...she acted annoyed that someone was shopping in there (middle of the day) maybe caught at a bad moment. Otherwise was able to find all of the stuff I needed and the pricing was more than fair.

Bought a starter 1 year ago they said it had a lifetime warranty now its bad but they said because when i bought it they gave me the wrong one and had to give me a different one the next day that voided my warranty. So because of their mistake they voided my warranty. Dont go here bad policies and service. Will leave a favorable review if they want to refund or replace the part they sold me.
