Bakersfield police and city council have a racketeering project where they keep state legal weed illegal to steal government funding to "raid" growers for extortion racketeering as a bribe to control the market and enrich themselves while making Bakersfield a worse place and tremendously harming local businesses making it where only out of city growers can get an economic foothold in this corrupt town ensuring small businesses like this one will fail. This city is trash and places like this will suffer for it.
