Do not step a foot in the Bakersfield office. Worst customer service ever. Will be encouraging immediate closure of all family and friend accts. Women at desk should be fired. Wish they had negative stars.Will be going to upper management.

Employee was extremely apathetic, annoyed whenever a question was asked, and didn’t seem to know the subject asked about well enough to assist/guide us on the process.
