It was a delightful experience. The service was prompt, and the staff was courteous, respectful, and accommodating. Opening accounts was effortless, and Octavia Crofton demonstrated a thorough understanding of the accounts for my grandchildren. He was exceptionally helpful, patient, and outgoing, making my visit to Chase a highly positive one.

I needed to open an account to square away my late father's estate. They completely ghosted me after making a minimal effort to help me out. I'm not sure about the other chase banks, but from the reviews I've seen so far, this one is a joke. I waited a month to make this review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt... please go to one of the many other banks in the area. You'll wait a lot less

Really bad service. All the branches in the city is practically the same. Drive through ATM. You cannot choose the bills that you receive. Half the time they don't even have cash in the ATM. Plus they don't want to help you out with your problems. Chase I've been learning is the worst bank to be with. I deposit my check on Friday and it's Monday already in my check still hasn't cleared.

Since been with for years I have my identity stolen my card someone is always trying to take money but they be on it stopping any large payments cause they know I don't purchase like that

I do recommend this business but too sad that great banks are loosing their customer service had a appointment at 9 and the banker told me I could get help until 10:30 for no reason at all then see the whole bank crew having a morning talk like if it was more important than the clientele !!! Wish could give ratings but can't rate anything if there's not even service the only person that attend me was the security guy !
