Bad customer service experience Walked in to add someone to my account. Saw two bankers in their cubicles, one working and the other on her cell phone. We waited patiently until i was overheard by the female banker who was on her cell phone complaining. She stated there was no one to help us because they were in a meeting. I asked for the manager, she replied she was the manager and couldn't help us because she was supposedly going to the meeting. I guess maybe after she finished texting on her cell. Looked like she was having a bad day and her response sounded like a total lie We left and drove to Rosedale & Allen where we were promptly served. We bank there now.

I hate to make awful reviews but this one just had to be known. If you are looking to create a bank account don't go with this bank, they are not well versed with the correct information. Richelle the banker from this branch was very unprofessional!

I see why the reviews are bad. The "manger" lady here is the WORST. They could care less about customer service so I'll make sure to never be a chase member.

I had schedule appointment with BRENDAAAAAA since last week for Monday during my lunch break . My arrived at 12:07 my appointment was 12:15 it was 12:30 and she was still with a client . I see this very unprofessional why schedule a appointment if you can't see me at that time . Ohh and didn't even acknowledge me when I arrived I had to stand there and make eye contact . I don't recommend this chase . I was expecting a call from her because I left , no call at all . I could tell she cares about her clients . Her loss not mine , I know you need to open accounts when you work for chase . I was there to open 3 accounts ! Don't go to this chase ' don't waste your time specially with Brenda .

Service at this bank is horrible, and the bank manager really doesn't care how your treated as a customer, I have been banking with them for years with multiple accounts and I'm just blown away at how they have changed over the years!

Plain and simple, don't bank with chase.Their quality has gone down hill in the last 2 years.Low class bank.I've banked with them since 2013 and am now changing banks.

I went in to apply for a home loan. I was told there were only 2 loan officers in Bakersfield and neither were at work, so I took a business card for the loan officer at this branch. (Little twerp with a white bowtie... I should have known right?) Anyway, I got his card and wrote him an email and got no response. I wrote another email and got no response. Eventually I just applied for a loan on the CHASE app. It's not that the customer service is horrible like everyone else is saying, it's that there isn't any customer service.

Drove all the way out here bcs the atm on Stockdale was malfunctioning. Now this one is malfunctioning. Chase is having WAY too many malfunctions

Every time you come to the chase bank the ATM machines are never working during the coronavirus they're always down even if you go in the drive-through they're always down the banks have not been open since coronavirus which is understandable but you need to be more persistent and take care of your customers more better the ATM machine should always be working this is very unprofessional
