This location on Panama lane is the worst! All 3 atm's are slow. They're either not accepting deposits, can't do withdrawals or when depositing cash, can never accept it. Don't waste your time coming to this location.

Wasn’t able to get ahold of the bank after numerous calls over 4 days, won’t let me leave a message either. Just giving up, all I wanted was to see your interest rates at my credit level.

Double check if you are getting change. You might be short changed. Went back to talk to someone about this. A girl wearing black greeted me. I asked her what could be done and who I could speak to about this situation. If I could talk to a manager. They gave me the run around. In fact the manager is actually Jason come to figure it wasn't a girl. These employees need more training

This location is seriously a joke. Can’t even answer the phone and I’ve been trying all day. None of their atms were working and had every person waiting in long lines just to be told the atm ate their cards. Save yourself the headache!!! Don’t bother with this useless bank!

Horrible Branch.. DO NOT goto this branch. extremely rude and will not help you. The manager and all the way down to the security guard are extremely unprofessional. Chase definitely needs to restaff this place.

Incompetent, negligent, may be the worst bank in the history of man. Gave them a check for remaining 18 months lease balance the day before payment was due. The branch manager had zero clue how to handle this, but took my money and gave me a receipt. Within minutes of leaving the branch I confirmed funds had been received. Two weeks later I was charged a late fee, so I called the corporate number who assured me the fees would be reversed, that the 'credit' had not yet posted to my lease. A week later, another late charge so I called again and was promptly informed I had been turned over to collections, the 'credit' had still not posted towards my lease DESPITE the fact that all previous calls acknowledged the receipt of funds the DAY BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS DUE!! AND THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO MISTAKE!!

What ever you do don't think the drive through will be open when they say it is at 9:00 am. It will open when it's convenient!!!!!!! Don't try to call their direct number you won't get through there either. Worst customer service bank around.

I went online with the intention of earning $200 through their promotion. I followed all the steps set up the account then set up direct deposit. I received my direct deposit and proceeded to wait. Over 2 weeks passed and still no $200. So i called only to get no help and be told i needed to go to the branch near by so i did. Once i got there i spoke to a banker and was told the promotion wasnt added to my account. This being their mistake i should have been reimbursed but was told there was nothing they could do. So i recently closed the account and will not be opening another one and i suggest nobody else go thru this nonsense.
