I had shown up to withdraw money from this branch which i usually do when I forget my wallet at home. The Chase teller asked me all the security questions as they always do when you're trying to withdraw without ID, I answered them all correct and when the teller needed an override the lead operations Katherine Champagne denied the request to my surprise. Katherine response to denying is "I don't feel comfortable losing my job doing this override" I was thrown off by her response and negative attitude to my question of why. I don't think as a lead you are suppose to talk and treat your customers as so. The part that thrown me off the most is that I always do this at this bank and all of a sudden my first encounter she denied me with little to no reason. Why did i answer security questions to begin with if it wasn't going to happen? Also why did u give me smart aleck response infront of your staff when I politely asked for you card. I felt discriminated and didn't give me a great gut feeling especially knowing this is where my money resides. Chase we gotta be better with our encounters with your customers and most importantly consistent.

I give a big 00 Staff very unprofessional and very bad service without any reson they don’t help us they said come to next time feeling bad my dad with me he’s sick he’s dementia patient still they do like that

Jesus Martinez set up a checking account for me today and was exceptionally helpful and professional. The branch is very clean and everyone is super polite! Very glad I decided to bank here. Thanks again Jesus!

If I could give them a 0 I would. They are incredibly rude! I don’t bank there. Went in one time because I needed a cashiers check they will not give you one if you don’t bank with them. Went in last week to the Gosford branch. I had a check I was trying to cash and it was drawn from chase. It was a rental deposit refund. The guy was questioning why I had the check?! Like it’s any of his business! I can see all your negative reviews, here’s another well deserved one.

I went in on 6-12-22 to try and open and estate account i spoke to a banker named jose. He set an appointment 4 me on 6-20-22. The problem with that is i showed up at my scheduled time and the bank was closed because it was a holiday. Needless to say i was very upset. I we t back on 6-21-22 and i spoke to one of the tellers after apologizing a dozen times she directed me to another banker. I had all required documents my father's death certificate, EIN # and a tax id #. I was told that they wouldn't b able to open that account because i needed more information. I have been a member of this this bank all the way back from when they were great wester, home savings, washing mutual, and now chase. I even had my lawyer talk to him and they still refused. So i went to Wells Fargo and i opened an estate account there with no problems at all. Yesterday 7-6-22 i went to make a deposit i told the teller that no one ever called me back with an explanation or anything. She said that carlos was covering in Delano. Which was a blatant lie because when i walked in i saw carlos and he saw me he went and hid in the back. I told the teller that i saw carlos and i don't appreciate being lied too! I felt so disrespected and unappreciated I'm seriously considering closing my bank accounts and going elsewhere! I am not a satisfied customer I'd give them 0 stars if i could. If respect and honesty is something you value i don't recommend you doing business with this bank!

Horrible customer service. I opened an account and I'm regretting it now. Has trouble with the mobile app so I had to go back to the branch. When I got there they had just closed and they didn't want to help me out. Knowing I had just opened an account she just said sorry we are closed. Had to wait the whole weekend to try to get my account unlocked. Despite all that. We never got a smile or a hello Seemed to be annoyed Maybe another branch has better service but try avoiding this one

I think they have a new bank teller named Kayla. I am currently at work and realized she did NOT give my license I.D. back. I called their location more than 20x and no one answered. This place sucks and they need to do better with answering their phone. - Unhappy customer

Juan and Celeste are the best employees in whole Bakersfield. They are very very helpful and provide best customer service. Karina is best if you want to open a business account. I went to couple of banks for opening a business account but I received the best service and best experience here. I recommend this branch.

I would like to give a 0 because of all of my experiences in all of the Chase Banks in Southwest Bakersfield (including this one.) I can never get a appointment and, no one listens carefully to what I’m saying. There is always long lines because there is only 2 to 3 people at the front. HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!

I've been banking at chase bank for 25 years, Went to this branch to deposit a check into my company account. Check was written to me, They always have me endorse it to the company as well, never been a problem, until now, Sergio the manager says that is not the policy, and I have to deposit to my personal checking wait until it clears, then come back to transfer to corporate account before I can pay my employees. What a fn dick. Don't go to this branch ever. They are far from helpful. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.
