I have a broken arm in 2 places so I was at the self check lane and one of the workers offered to help so she checked out and for got to a item in the bag so I went back the next few day to get a refund so they checked the cameras and seen that she didn't ring up the bananas only 2 so they ask me if I would pay for it and give me a refund but they where not nice about it asking what to do I will ever go back in that store again it was not my fault about what happened but they sure acted like it was.

I got robbed here, they took my stuff while I had my 3 kids. Like the other reviews say don't come unless it's an absolute emergency.

I live one mile away from the store, but I do not have a vehicle. It is very convenient for me to place my order online and have it delivered to my home. They always deliver on time as promised and send me alerts when delivery is on its way and when it has been dropped off in the designated area I requested.

I always to be fair and be ground truth on my reviews. I went back to this store to see if they have improved. The result is no; they have not. I made four contact with employees this trip. The first one was about an unstocked items on the shelves that was suppose to be there, but it were not. He looked on his wireless device and he said, it was suppose to be there. I requested him to contact his team leader and waited, after 7 minutes, I moved to another aisle where he was stocking, I contacted him again about did he inform the team leader? His answer was no, he did not have time. I went on to other aisles picking up items and they were correctly priced, I went to the poultry section in the meat department and contacted an associate there where's your team leader or manager. His answer, was surprising; that there are not in the store and have gone home. Also, the chicken was mispriced, not by much but $.08 cent higher than expected. I immediately went to check out. I was third in line and waited 13 minutes 18.3 seconds to check out. I brought my own grocery bags. The had grocery bags for the customers transfer their groceries from the full carts after have gone through the cashier and check out. These bags are so cheap it took theme extra time about 2-3 minutes to open one bag. I did talked to the cashier, what do you call these grocery bags they are terrible? She said, that is what store put out. There was another store associate standing in the front of store, I contacted her. They called these bags t-shirts bags. Main compliant there are very difficult and time consuming to open. Are you the manager? No. she was an junior associate. The main problem is there is no leadership in the store. It's just a terrible shopping expereince in this store and the lines are long and the customers are very irritated Corporate will be contacted again. This store in really bad,

I came to this location out of a desperate need. This was kind of a very sketchy experience. Note, this is like a micro Walmart so they have much smaller parking options and it's a smaller store in general. The hood part is I got exactly what I needed quickly. On the other hand the customers looked very sketchy and not just general Walmart sketchy. If you are desperately in need of something this might be an option but if you can wait..... wait!

Each time I have gone here it is fairly busy and I cannot complain because of that. If I went earlier, there might not be as many people. But Vons has closed so that could be a reason why they are busier. There has not been a problem finding what I needed on my list. My last visit I used self-checkout and as I was putting my cart away and started toward my car, I realized...I forgot my bags!!! Went back inside and a customer pointed where my 2 bags were taken. Where was my head at?!?!?!??

Worst managed store ever. Not enough workers and workers complain about hours getting cut. Hundreds of people in store and only 3 checkers. Scheduling manager needs to be fired and hire someone who knows what they are doing. It's not about the company but the customer.

Walmart is Walmart- positives - low prices and the best online ordering system. Negatives - too many employees and contractors in the aisles, sometimes low quality, their staff and particularly their own brands.

This store needs more cashiers and workers in general!!! Having 2 lanes open around 5-6pm when ppl are getting off work and having to wait 45 minutes or more in line is absolutely ridiculous!!!! When the managers see the lines going back to the milk and eggs, they need to jump on the registers and get the lines down. I hate going here but there is no other market close by North high

I attempted to shop here today at 6:40 AM; they open at 6 AM. There was a guy smoking meth outside the store. The doors were locked and the person who came to the door said they weren't going to open until 7 AM because it was daylight savings time. Excuse me? What kind of major corporate business delays opening a store because the time changes? I had to drive across town to a regular grocery store with gas being $5.40/gallon because there are no other grocery stores in the area. Seriously, get it together.

Is it customary to stand at the deli counter for over 5 minutes, and have 3 employees behind the counter that totally ignore you? When you say something they just look at you rudely. Forget it after that. The worst store, can't even move through isles always stocking, rude employees

Walmart Neighborhood Market 3111 North Chester Ave I place my Walmart+ delivery order at 2:45pm with a delivery time of 8-9pm and it's 11:45pm and still no delivery. Doordarshan just informed me the order was canceled yet no one from Walmart called to inform me of the problem. Walmart chat system is not working, No one from the store is answering the phone and I've been calling since 8pm. Walmart chat before it went down texted saying the order won't be delivered until tomorrow. Corporate is unavailable until tomorrow. Walmart has lost all credibility with me! Plus I signed up for their trail Walmart+ and the driver tip was more than what I would have spent had I paid outright for the delivery and the tip. This company has some serious issues!

This Walmart never has baskets, the lines are always long and employees are always standing around talking instead of working. It is very frustrating.

I used pick up so that it would be convenient, I saw they didn't have a few of my items in stock, after seeing my order wasn't ready at the time I scheduled I decided to go in and look for those items. Low and behold...I found them. I have no clue what happened behind the scenes but it felt lazy, after that I waited 25 minutes for them to bring out the order. I was the only one waiting in pick up, and I had gotten the text confirmation. It's kind of useless to use pick up from this Walmart, I know this time is stressful so I try not to harp on anyone. But it does defeat the purpose of convenience.
