Our usual stop when driving back to CA from Las Vegas. Quality/Quantity - Expensive gas prices, in relation to other Costco locations and of course compared to LV gas prices. Decent selection of microbrews, but only one local; see pictures. Saw my first Costco food court cookie in LV, they have it here also. Looks like all Costcos have it now. Atmosphere - Consistent. Open 7 days a week from 9:30am or 10am to 6pm or 8:30pm, see picture, Yelp, or their website. Service - Self service. Price - Higher than all the other Costcos I shop. Both the gas prices and beer. With these prices, I need to start to reconsider if this should continue to be our regular stop... Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1985. Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. Now you are the 5th largest retailer in the world and #10 on the Fortune 500. 861 warehouses worldwide, with 600 in the US. 1980 IPO. 1993 Price Club and Costco merger. 1997 Rebrand all locations to Costco. 2020 105.5 million members.

Worst Costco experience of my life and I've been a customer for 20+ years!! A call-ahead order of 5 pizzas to the food court weren't ready and after waiting in line for 10* minutes, it took the staff another 20 minutes to get cheese pizzas prepared for our order that was ordered almost am hour ago'. i imagine they were short staffed due to it being the day after christmas. didn't seem like anyone was in charge there though.

Very disappointed in this Costco location. Costco has always been a store centered around customer service and today they just did not rise to the standards. Store opens at 10:00 but due to the holidays Costcos are usually open at 9:15 or 9:30. Not here. Minutes before 10:00, at 9:50 they open and there are easily 70+ people standing outside. I'm waiting to do a return, which is a little door on the side. And they ask that we queue up there for returns. Then they open the large roll up doors and people flood in, including people who what to do a return. Then the staff does not manage it. Now there are 3 people in front of us standing in the queue they asked us to stand in and now we are waiting while they help others who've jumped the line. There's 1 person working the returns line and (Shannon) who's slowly counting out money for another register at the returns area... chatting away with staff while over a dozzen people are standing in line. Think she could help??? Come on guys! You can do better! It's the holidays. I would NOT recommend this Costco. What a mess

I was speaking for my grandma because she doesn't know English and the bagger made a comment with attitude because I answered for her, she wasn't even the one attending us, they need to do better about minding their business.

I recently had a tire emergency. One of my front tires was damaged on the side wall. Abner was so kind as he informed me that not only could it not be repaired, but that Michelin was no longer making that tire. Meaning that I had to buy Two tires not just one. Abner & David his manager found tires that were compatible so at least I didn't have to buy four. Also I was given credit for the life left in the tires. It made an expensive purchase much more palatable. I felt both Abner & David went above & beyond in their service. I have been buying my tires from Costco for many years and highly recommend them. They have road damage coverage which means ( for those of you who might not know) they measure the mileage left on the tires and give a discount for this on your new tire purchase. Years ago I purchased tires elsewhere and two months in had irreparable tire damage and there was no damage coverage. I won't make that mistake again! The price point is great. They do not make appointments, it's a first come first serve basis.

The bad reviews here are so pathetic and entitle. I been a member for 20+ years and NEVER had a bad experience. People look at your contract when you signed up. All these bad reviews are based on members not reading the POLICIES!!!! If your not a member you cant enter the warehouse l, can you believe what would happen if they just take your word and let non members in with the excuse that the member is at the gas station, sick or already inside the warehouse. Is also Costco policy to check your reciept at the exit, is in the contract. Non members cant pay, is in the contract. Read it! Show your membership while approaching the entrance. Very simple. If your a Costco Visa holder and your not active member your Visa will not work, is in the paper work you get when you get approved. Dont blame Costco for your ignorance. Be kind to the employees there just doing there job and dont forget that they worked through the pandemic to serve us! So if in that time masks were required understand that they had a law to follow and they wanted to keep themselfs safe as well. Thank you Costco for doing a great job!!!

I have always been a fan of good quality products at a fair price. They do have the more high end items which sometimes is good and sometimes is bad because there could be a lower cost option that they don't have. I love the hot dog and soda and also the pizza, I have been a member for many years

Came here recently to purchase supplies for a school reunion. I asked around for help and received minimal help from Costco employees; until I ran into Mayra. A great employee that works in the bakery, would give 50 sent raise. Thankyou Costco

They are super rude. Feels like they think you're a delinquent, and not paying for your products like everyone else. I couldn't believe how rude they were about trying on a jacket to see if it fit. The Costco worker literally walked over to me from 6 clothing bins away just to tell me that I can't try the clothes in the store. The lady was so rude about it too. I told her I was going to buy it anyway, and needed to try it on to make sure it fit. She still gave me an attitude, and told me it wasn't allowed regardless. Then at the checkout I was buying some stuff for my Grandmother in a wheelchair, and my Aunt was handing me some money to pay for it. Because she saw the handing off the money she couldn't accept my payment because it wasn't coming from me directly. She was so rude about it as well. A Manager was called over, and they said that only this time would I be allowed to pay for someone else's items. They explained that even though they are old, and in a wheelchair that they need to buy their own membership card to purchase their own items on the store. So so rude. I've never had this problem before at the other Costco on Panama Lane. I'd hate to come back to this store. At least the lady checking my receipt was nice. The highlight of the store.

Flan I could not buy and eat because I was traveling ... see the picture . So hot in July to eat out but they do have huge ventilators to help people avoid passing out. Thank God they have a few trees in the parking lot. The wait for the gas was terrible but it was cheap ha ha A lot of testing inside but unfortunately I couldn't buy anything especially in this heat. Anything cold it will not travel safely with me. Nice employees overall.

Ive been a member since 1986 and enjoy a business membership which pays me roughly $300 per year in bonuses. my biggest problem at Costco are rude patrons who cant put away shopping carts and litter parking lot. If you have a problem with Costco I invite you to join Sam's Club. I love the quality of Costco products and money i save using Kirkland Signature products.

SHOW ME YOUR PAPERS. The profiling and ID checking equates to a poor customer experience. I'm going to the other Costco in town from now on.

I went in with my grandpa because he cant lift items in the cart and he has the membership in his name we went in to buy some items that came out to 90 dollars my grandpa had $20 and I was going to put the rest onto my card the lady at the register was being rude and saying you can't use your card it doesn't have his name and snatched my card . How would I know that till you told me with the worst attitude would think you could have customer service skills but not . so me trying to make it easy with this customer service I'm getting I try to look at what we needed most and she was blocking my view to look in the cart and giving me the rudest attitude and look so a 90$ transaction turned to a 15 dollar transaction and a membership that's getting canceled I have been able to use my card in the past without my name on the membership
