Great tire deals, as expected from Costco. Very slow tire service. Made a 10AM appointment over 2 weeks ago; very little progress by noon. I was their first customer of the day. Can’t wait until I come back to check the wheel bolt torques in 25 miles. smh

I’ve purchased two sets of tires here due to the competitive pricing, however, that’s all they have going for them these days. I only continue to bring my vehicles here because tire rotations and repairs are free as long as the tires are under warranty.
The first few times, I made an appointment. Even with an appointment, a simple rotation and balance took anywhere between an hour to two hours.
Employees encouraged me to bring my vehicle in early in the morning for faster service, but the next time I did that, even with an appointment, a rotation took almost 5 hours. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:45 am and didn’t get a call to pick it up until almost 3 pm.
I don’t mind waiting an hour for a rotation, because I can shop in the meantime. But almost 6 hours for a rotation is ridiculous, that’s twice as long as it took me to get the tires installed.
From now on, I will be visiting a different tire shop that rotates and balances my tires in under 10 minutes, and they even add some free tire shine. They also match any competitor’s price, even Costco, so it’s safe to say I will be buying my next set of tires from them.

I love Costco, but will never buy a tire from them again. Bought 4 new tires recently but had a flat which they could not repair. Costco had discontinued carrying these tires (this is a regular named brand tire (Michelin) that is readily available at other tire store in town). Very inconvenient because I had to pick up the car (they did pro-rate the tire as refund), find another tire shop, but worst of all, they forgot to put the rims back in the trunk (so another trip back to the tire store). Afterwards at a different tire shop, we realized they hadn't put the wheel lock in the spot where it's usually kept (who puts the lock in some random different location on the car instead of where you found it at a spot reserved for wheel lock in the trunk). Not very efficient and a total waste of time. Pay the extra 5-10% and save 3 unnecessary trip to Costco...and the long wait line. Also, don't even bother calling them, you will be placed on eternal hold.

Went to Costco today and I lady in the self checkout was very rude I don't think I'm going to shop at those Location anymore even though I showed them my card at checkout they demanded to see my picture on my card so rudely with attitude the Costco On Rosedale has gotten pretty rude employees now

My opinion is regarding the bad service of those who are in front serving the customers, they never answer the calls and when it comes to doing a job, it takes almost 2 hours to change a tire, everyone is on their break and no one cares that one is waiting

Tire rotation...2-1/2 hours . That's way too long. Went shopping tried to burn as much time as possible but the food we had that was warm turned cold & the frozen food was almost defrosted. They kept starting on my car then walking away & doing something else. There would be one tire off. Then 20 minutes later another tire would be off. My car kept being pushed back while other cars were being completed and leaving. Showed up at 5:30 it's now 8:00 and my car was the last one finished. A tire rotation, that's it no problems, just rotate the tires!

I've always had a good experience with Costco but purchasing my tires in the tire shop was an even better experience. Jimmy the tire shop manager in Bakersfield, CA was excellent. Jimmy and Eddie helped me every step of the way. They were very courteous and extremely helpful. I will continue to purchase my tires from Costcos as long as Jimmy and Eddie are around. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. Customer service these days are in the toilet but not Costcos Tire Shop In Bakersfield, CA. They are the best!

Bought 4 new tires after being installed I got home to clean my wheels and one of the cover bolts was missing as shown in picture and some where not fastened all the way.and missing stem cover.
