Please update your hours. I wasted my time coming here. It's 11:46 am and store says it's open at 11. I looked through the doors and saw a water bottle sitting on the desk showing someone was there. This is unprofessional get your hours updated this was Saturday at 11:46 am 01/18/25

Went in Today to try and switch over from my current service I was helped by a guy named Armando I guess he was on lunch or something because he tried to help me as he was eating changed my mind on being helped by this individual not professional at all.

Went by the cricket location on Panama to see about switching over to cricket. Upon arrival there was a sign in the door that said be back in 15 minutes. Waited 20 minutes. Nobody ever showed up, I left ,the next day was in the same shopping center and decided to stop back in to check for new services .. and was unpleasantly told that I must have a mask to enter the store. By this time most medical facility's don't require masks to enter because of new Covid guidelines that are no longer a requirement. Came to the conclusion that this store does not want new customers and it's obviously an inconvenience for their employees to assist with information on products (lazy) so they just refer to the bad copy of mask signage on the front door to get them out of assisting clients or my case potential client. To the store manger if your store is underperforming take a close look at your staff this could be a good place to start.

Came in with my family on Thursday evening to switch companies from ATT & metro, the girl working was Zaira she was extremely helpful greeted us the moment we walked in & most of all super patient took her time and most of all great attitude ; helped me get everything I needed and answered my questions ……. Made a great choice switching over to Cricket !!!? overall great experience

Would give no stars if I could. Came in tonight at 7 pm store closes at 730. We walked in planning on purchasing a new family plan. The girl working didn't even acknowledge or greet us. She was helping another customer so we patiently waited for her to finish. Stepped outside as she finished with customer. We saw her finally ring out the customer. So as we proceeded to walk up to her for help. It was exactly 730 I understand it was time to close, but had been there for almost 30 mins prior. We explained that to her and she said I don't care. We are closed, pulled door shut and locked it. Asked her for her name to make complaint with management. She ignored me then walked to the back of store.
