Went back multiple times and each time was told they will be ready in 30 min. Finally at 7pm (closing) they were ready. Just say you wont have them for a while, dont lie and try to rush. Under promise and over deliver!

Refused to deliver my pills because one of my medications could not be delivered. I knew exactly which one it was and they never bothered calling me to let me know. I told the pharmacist that it needed to be at my house by friday because I'm running out of pills. Despite this, I didn't get any notice that there was a delay until I called them on friday. They claimed that the CVS caremark helpdesk could not give them an answer on which prescription could not be delivered. This is absurdly bad service on their part. I had to call someone last minute to pick up my prescriptions today, when I could've easily called them two days in advance to let them know there's been a problem. This is a massive inconvenience for me and poor excuse for patient services. I do not have a car, I can not drive, so how else do they expect me to get my pills? Also they refused to accept a credit card over the phone. So that's wonderful when you don't have a car and have to expect someone else to pay for your meds and drop them off at your home. I had to rush out to my gas station and get cash so I can pay them back.Overall, don't expect delivery from this horrible place. I can't believe that there is such poor delivery service in 2021, during the middle of an epidemic when people are trying to quarantine to keep themselves safe.

I used to love this location until my last two visits. Complete chaos and I will be pulling my prescriptions to another pharmacy moving forward. A month ago, I called about coming in for a whooping cough vaccine since I'm pregnant, and was told they were in stock and to come in any time to get it. I went in about 11 am before the lunch rush. I waited in line for 20 minutes. 20 minutes just to request the vaccine. When I finally got to the front I was told they were too busy and to go somewhere else or come back another day with no guarantee I would be seen the either. Seriously?? By the way, you can make an appt here for a COVID vaccine but NO OTHER VACCINES. Zero help. I ended up going to another CVS (Mt Vernon) which was scary when the pharmacy tech had never even heard of a whooping cough vaccine. Does CVS hire trained staff at all anymore? I literally asked to check the syringe label before my injection to be sure it wasnt the wrong one. Fast forward: I'm due to have a baby literally any minute now. My husband is deathly ill with bronchitis and we were desperate to get his medication to get his fever down so he could come to the hospital with me. His prescriptions were sent over from urgent care right away, and we received a call that this CVS was out of 1 of the 4 medications prescribed. We opted to pick that medication up from the nearest other CVS (Mt. Vernon) which was surprisingly hassle free this time. However, this CVS only sent over the 1 prescription and CANCELLED ALL THE OTHERS. They -ASSUMED- we didn't want them. Are you mental? So my husband had to wait an extra day for his much needed antibiotics, all the while running a fever, because this place doesn't have it's act together. If you want to waste your time, and be highly inconvenienced, come here for your meds. Otherwise, I highly recommend anywhere but CVS. I get that places are short staffed right now, but literally hiring anyone off the street that knows nothing about medicine or customer service is a terrible replacement for short staffing. The only redeeming quality of this pharmacy is it's location inside Target, but now that Target has drive up orders, I'm not in the store nearly as much.

Did they mention this is inside Target all the way in the far front corner of the store. I went here one time and that was all for me! The help are rude and definitely not helpful. I was already over it just going through the regular shopping mess of a department store just to find rudeness from the first word to the last. My pills were not filled because for two days they were just too busy to get to my order. I didn't complain YET at this point and she said that she realize I want instantaneous results but the pills won't be ready until tomorrow. I told her I put the order in a week ago and she argued that was impossible. I asked if she checked the script and of course she didn't... What a mess!
