The pharmacists that work there is so rude ! They act so unprofessional they seem to hate their jobs all the medications are spread all over the floor ! Which is disgusting ! Watch them fill prescriptions without gloves they need reported & pharmacist make up unnecessary lies ! If I could give zero stars I would ! Don’t go here they’re attitude matches their business disgusting

Horrible customer service, I drove from across town to pick up a poster and when I show up the machine all of a sudden doesn’t work instead of focusing on finding a solution like he said he was, he moves on to a customer that just walked in, literally waited for 40 minutes, what a waste of my time and gas!! Do better.

Very clean and is always kept organized when I go in and coupon no matter what day of the week it is. Also, all the staff there is very helpful which makes the whole experience overall great every single time.

This CVS location is my go to store. I like coming here because the employees are very helpful and friendly. Another thing I like about this location is that this CVS store almost always has everything in stock that I want and need. Lastly, I enjoy shopping at this CVS location because the store is clean, organized, and I always have a positive experience here! I would love to work a part time job here :)

Awful, awful, awful pharmacy. Rude, inconsiderate and unkind. Unwilling to hear me out, help me find a solution or even offer basic communication. It ended up being problem from the doctor's office, but my God, could you have a little bit of compassion for a sick person? Maybe a little bit of problem-solving?
Ridiculous place, I recommend you go elsewhere if at all possible. If I wasn't too sick to really remember the employees names I would be calling corporate.
I only went here because the CVS on Rosedale and Calloway has closed, unfortunately. They were great and I never, ever had an issue.

Kayla the pharmacist is hereSo if there was a way to add a 10-star review I would do that also she is always been amazing and anytime we have any questions with other items that are not on our prescription list she is always more than helpful to let us know what will work the best. Currently we had a question about our daughter and she thoroughly showed us which would be best to help her in her certain situation. Kayla has always been the best and never once has let us down. CVS is always been a good pharmacy to go to but Kayla makes it even more awesome.

Zero stars. I went to CVS to have some pictures made and return 2items. The only one who seemed to be working in the store was a new employee who had no idea what she was doing. She trying her best and called her manager when I asked to please ask someone to help who knew how to run the print yourself picture machine. I was there for what seemed like hrs. She kept saying try starting over. No one ever came out of the office if there was someone there. I'm writing this not only because I am pissed but they should be ashamed of themselves for leaving this employee by herself. After I finally finished getting the pictures there were 3 employees or managers standing around talking. Mind you the store basically had no customers besides me and I can see why. She deserves a raise and the higher up's need to be fired. I have never left a review before

Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens or Rite Aid pharmacy instead. Horrible customer service and work ethic at this CVS. I'll rather go to my grandma to get home remedies than go here.

Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever had experience with. I was told my medication was not in stock but would be the next day. Fast forward, the next day I call and am told it’s still not in and they “don’t know when it will be” and told me to “call around to other CVS’s”. I informed them I’d like to speak to someone higher up, they said Kayla the supervisor would call me back and surprise surprise she hasn’t. Absolutely horrible customer service.
