CVS on Niles Street in Bakersfield employees great young people and Juan is a good example of this. He is young but very professional. Juan if you get to read this, I hope that you continue your education and pursue a degree in technology. Thank you for your help in navigating the CVS application.

The cashier that was there was not helpful at all. Her name was Maria. When it was my turn to pay I politely said “good evening” she ignored me I continued with my purchase. I was told that an important medication for my mom would be ready on a Tuesday. We couldn't get to it on Tuesday, so we went on Thursday. You would think that the medication might be ready at that time? Apparently not, as when we arrived at around 2 pm, the medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 4:30 pm.
Tell your doctor to send your prescriptions to the Walmart or target because they actually take care of and care for the people that they service. This place just makes an already difficult process 100 times worse.

PLEASE READ⚠️THIS PHARMACY MADE ME SHORTED ME OUT ON MY MEDICATION AND TREATED ME LIKE I WAS RETARDED SO THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT, THEY KEPT ASKING ME REAL LOUD THE NAME OF THE MEDICATION WHEN IT WAS IN FRONT THEIR EYES IN THE COMPUTER AND WERE ASKING ME WHAT IT WAS FOR I TOLD THEM IS IN YOU SCREEN 'PRIVACY CONCERNS' AND THEN THEY SAID OH YEAH I SEE IT THEY SAIDE NAME AND WHAT IT WAS FOR OUT LOUD. BECAREFUL ALWAYS COUNT YOU MEDICATION BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PLACE, 03-07-25 10:25am
I'm changing pharmacy where respect is offer, Thank you CVS for leaving me 7 days without my medication wish it tast real nasty but keeps me productive and healthy

Really bad pharmacy to go to. Incorrect hours posted online, bad customer service, understaffed. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this establishment.

I bean going to this CVS pharmacy on & off for the last 2 years, and Everytime I interd this story I get the help I need as fast as possible. In July of 2023 the pharmacy I use to go and get my prescriptions from on 3500 Stine Rd close down then transferred my prescription to this pharmacy not because it's close to my house. No it's because of the excellent service they provided to their customers. Will today January , 17, 2024 I went to my CVS pharmacy and I spoke to the pharmacist Magdy and asked him if he can transfer my wife prescriptions from Rite Aid on 9000 Ming Avenue to this pharmacy and no question ask he said yes sir I will transfer all of her prescription to hear right away. Then he called the other pharmacy and requested from the other pharmacist tofax all of my wife prescriptions to him at CVS pharmacy and everything done within 15 minutes. Half hour later I got phone call from CVS pharmacy telling me that my wife prescriptions it's ready for pickup . WOW, this is excellent so a drive back to the pharmacy which is only a mile & half one way not 20 miles one way and the very kind lady behind the register her name Lily she's polite and respectful and helpful . Now this is what they called CUSTOMER SERVICE. My thanks to all of the CVS pharmacies and it's employees at this location .

Their pharmacist are ridiculous. Over 20+ people in line and only one teller ringing people up. They have other workers stocking prescription. 4 workers. One in drive thru and one on the register. Ridiculous. One of the people stocking was helping ring people up and then just abandon their post and start stocking. They can care less of people in line felling ill.
