I live right across the street and go fairly often. The manager is very rude 90% of the time, and they close wayyyyy earlier than the hours stated on google. If they updated the hours to close earlier, then they should be putting that on the internet as well so people don’t waste their time.

the lady who i believe is a manager is rude. i’ve been going to this CVS since it opened & i’ve seen her working there for years so i would think that she would know if they give cash back on EBT cash payments. & then she gave me attitude for not knowing i can’t get cash back if i use tap payment instead of inserting my card.

Short Asian lady told me I needed to put my MOBILITY SCOOTER outside. She needs to learn some basic laws.
All I did was come in and walk with my mobility scooter aside me and she YELLED at me to put it outside.
She’s should be fired!

Very dirty the carpet is filthy not very clean. Need to work on removing the carpet and there's gum stuck all over the carpet. The store is just dirty overall they need to fix the parking lot cleaning up more. There's pictures of the sidewalk. I added also of the carpet, it's not healthy to have that all carpet , pharmacy windows are filthy. When you go check in there's stickers they need to remove with stickers with box cutter overall, though it looks very very dirty. pharmacy is very filthy also.

Love CVS! Many people disagree but you need to use the coupons! I was skeptical at first but it’s free to sign up and become a member! You accumulate reward points that can’t be applied to purchases! The worst!! I’ve gone 3 times for night emergencies. We live in Arvin and they are the closest to us. All 3 times this store has been closed by 9pm!! The store is supposed to be closed at 11pm! They have a security guard at the door telling people to go away because they’re closed for the night. So dumb, they need to change the times on the door.

Pharmacist was rude from the start she wasn’t even trying to assist me with filling an order for my daughter. I have kern family which means I go to Kaiser for all medical needs but choose to go to CVS to fill my prescription because it’s covered. Pharmacist didn’t even want to acknowledge me said that I am not covered there, which I know is a lie because I’ve used it plenty of times before. I just don’t understand. Her whole interaction with me was just so rude and disrespectful and uncalled for.
