I really enjoy this pharmacy. Wait times is no comparison to the Rite Aid down the street. Wait time is cut in half from Rite Aid. The pharmacy tech has great customer service. I’m glad I switched to CVS.

This store had so gone down hill. Used to be totally fine but now shelves are empty and store is disgustingly filthy. Shelves have a thick coating of dirt, floors appear to not have been vacuumed in forever, trash laying around. It’s nasty. People at pharmacy and front counter workers are usually friendly but always seem stressed. Some are not mindful of privacy. I had to ask one clerk to lower her voice bc she was basically shouting my info to everyone in line. She acted offended and literally did not say another word to me. 🙄 Too bad my insurance makes me go to CVS for prescriptions or I would avoid this place altogether.

I have been to this CVS location and have never seen the floors vacuumed and pharmacy counter had dust piled in the corner. This not healthy atmosphere.

Called to get my prescription refilled and was on hold for 30 minutes then it was not even refilled when I went and I tried calling to check when it would be ready. Good luck ever getting a hold of the pharmacy. Was waiting on hold for another hour.

Generally, this is like any other pharmacy. This week was worse. Several days ago, I got a notice that my RX was being filled and would be ready in a couple days. Great, now today, several days later it's unfilled and I have two days of medication left. I go to the web portal and nothing indicates it is or will be filled so I submit a refill request. Then I call. I sit on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone picks up, seems to press a bunch of buttons without talking and hang up on me. I call back and wait 12 minutes, no one picks up the hold at all. I personally, don't have the time nor the inclination to wait over 22 minutes on hold for someone to pick up and I have never seen a line that long in store or in the drive thru so unsure why the phones were neglected but I don't like having to chase prescriptions that were already allegedly being filled and should have been finished by now.

I don't usually review pharmacies because it's usually a mundane chore... picking up prescriptions and meditations is NOT fun. That's probably the only reason why you'll find me here... However, the staff here has gone far and beyond their job. Actually, it was actually the urgent care job. Anyhow, instead of focusing on the negative, let me praise the staff at the CVS pharmacy at this location. They were so helpful and kind. They gave me information on how I can get my son's prescription over. When the urgent care failed to do it, they took it upon themselves to directly contact the urgent care office on my behalf. They didn't have to do that... I have never heard of a busy pharmacy call a provider to get a prescription for a patient!!!! But this location did that for me because the provider's office was giving me an unnecessary run-around. So, to complete this post... thank you CVS staff. You guys are always so friendly and patient with customers who aren't feeling well. (I mean that's the only reason why we visit - it's cause we need meditation) I appreciate you kindness, your patience, and grace ... I am truly blessed by your customer service.

Our family loves our neighborhood CVSWe have been treated kindly and respectfully each time we visit. We use the pharmacy, and we paid for the monthly subscription which is definitely worth buying. Crystal in the pharmacy is awesome shes so nice and friendly she knows my name and greets me with a big smile everytime. She also opens up the window in the drive thru and give the customers some of that amazing AC. I appreciate that so much too because in the summer Bakersfield can be brutal! I give crystal a 5/5 for her exceptional service. Although I give CVS a 3/5 for many reasons I have brought up to the district manager before...
